Awareness of influence of culture on communication and negotiation
Culture has a significant impact on the communication and negotiation process. One of the factor which will influence the
communication and negotiation is variation in mother tongue. This thing could be confront by the hotel by employing local staff which
would assist in informing the people about the policies, packages and other services offered by the Jetwing Hotels. Further, background
and individual beliefs/attitudes could also influence the negotiation and communication process of the hotel which should be considered
