2.4 Ways of improving the communication process in a health and social care setting
Communication process of the health care entity should be improved so that service users can deliver
optimum care to the patients.

As per the present case, Miss G is facing issues related to dementia and depression; therefore she must get
proper attention from the care home so that her problem can be adequately identified by the care
