INTRODUCTION
Communication is the two-way process between one person to another person to receiving
and sending information’s, ideas. There are three types of Communication verbal, nonverbal and
visual communication. In this report will explain about sports love company which is
experiencing poor communication among staff. The report will show communication strategies
and characteristic of listeners and speakers during meetings. This report will also show strength
and weakness of communicating.LITERATURE REVIEW
1. Analyse the principle and purpose of HR directors which can use communicating strategy
To manage improvement in communication at Love sports, an independent London
Sports and leisure business centre focus of HR manager will be on incorporating communication
strategy which will support principle and purpose of interaction at workplace:
Clarity the foremost principle of HR directors of sports love needs to be focused on
focus on clarity in communication of ideas and opinions at workplace because of diverse
employees . According to Cenere and. et.al., (2015) due to clarity employees will easily
understand their director instructions. It is important for director to clear all the problems
verbally whereby their employees work with effectively and accurately. For managing clarity in
instruction and information HR director will be focusing on written communication like e-mail
which supports clarity as well as language concerns. Through e-mail directors can instruct to the
employees for their work. A clarity in communication help HR directors to be flexible for their
words. HR director of sports love should take care about it that when they instruct orally then
they select their words with clarity.
As per the view of Harris, (2013) completeness is another communication principle
which HR director can use in developing the strategy. HR director of sport love should take care
about it that when they write email then completeness of sentences is must. This is one of the
way whereby employees can easily understand director points. During the talking, director
should complete their sentence and when they write email then it is also must completeness. Also
completeness is required by HR director when they are involved in sending SMS to consumers
or their employee’s. Completeness can support the firm in reducing the inefficiency in
communication which is faced by them.

building effective relationship. Director knowledge will help to improve their confidence and
they also appear in oral and written communication. From this way employees also motivate and
influences by their directors. Confidence must be encompassed in HR director while having face
to face interaction or conversing with the clients through Skype calls. This can support firm in
enchanting there business. Also, it can improve the experience of consumer.
HR director can give feedback to their employees through directly face to face and also
through e-mail. In the opinion of Kealey, (2015) giving and receiving feedback is necessary in
order to enhance the communication. The feedback may also positive way or negative way. They

interpreting. This can help firm in making the relationship better between employer and
employee and also it solves lot of problems.

During the meeting speaker play a main role in managing successful presentation and
communication of planned information to employees. In this the individual is responsible for
presenting instructions and idea in front of listeners That is why it is necessary for speaker that
they present everything with effectively. Characteristic must be in a good speaker during meeting
are as follows:

characteristics of a good speaker. Speaker need to be clear about the speech and confident of

Strength
I have knowledge of tenses which is very helpful in oral and written communication. I
have good command over English language. Hence, it makes me efficient communicator. Better
understanding of rules of language help me to deliver clear, specific and meaningful message
effectively among diverse group of population. In my good influencer which helps m in
communication and inspiring people over my person opinions and ideas which I feel is the best
way to reduce poor communication at workplace.
I own clarity over writing and speaking which is the biggest support to my oral and
written communication. In oral and written communication, I use simple and the common words
so that receiver will understand that easily. Use of Precise words and language help to create
impact in front of others.
Weakness
I am too detail oriented which may take a lot of time for completing any task. I have
weak convincing power therefore I cannot convince other people in orally and written way. That
is my weakest point.
I am not a confident person in front of other people that is why sometimes I cannot
express my points clearly and effectively in orally and written way
