1. Introduction
Communication plays an important role in continuing with the efficiency of the
operations in adherence to the demand of the customers (Georgescu and Popescul 2015).
Productive communication between the management and the workforce assist an organization in
enhancing the rate of productivity while operating in diverse global markets. On the other hand,
efficient communication networks between the different levels of management assist an
organization in maintaining the efficiency of the decisions that are undertaken by the same. Roth
(2014) opined that the development of appropriate communication based networks in the
organizational processes supports in inducing collaborative functioning of the different
departments. The collaborative functioning of the different departments will assist an
organization in enhancing the rate of productivity and the quality of the processes that are
designed by the same.
Therefore, the report will aim at identifying the different communicational strategies that
are being undertaken by an international organization and a local company in Australia. The
comparison of the strategies will assist in delineating the loopholes in the strategy formation and

2.1Local real estate Company: MCGRATH LIMITED
The concerned organization, MCGRATH Limited, was established in the year 1988
located in Paddington, Sydney (Mcgrath.com.au 2019). The organization developed a corporate
history through the activities based on integrity and transparency. On the other hand, the
different activities that are initiated by the concerned organization are reliant on the assessment
of the needs of the clients. Currently the concerned venture operates through establishment of 95
offices throughout the East Coast of Australia. The expansion of the concerned organization in
the different regions of the Australia assisted the venture in achieving a competitive benefit.
McGrath operates five business units while assisting the clients with residential property sales,
property management, mortgage broking, auction services and the like (Mcgrath.com.au 2019).
The diversity in the service offerings of the venture assisted the same in acting according to the

Beulah International Pty Ltd. is an international property development and investment

4. Findings from the differences of communication strategies between two companies
The companies have taken steps to develop communication in the international and the
local level with the purpose of maintaining the efficiency of the operations. However, there are
certain loopholes in the strategies that are developed by the businesses, which restricted the
potentials of the ventures for maximizing the abilities of the same relating to communicability.
The MCGRATH Limited being a local organization followed a formal approach of
