Language barriers: An organisation may have employees belonging to diverse cultures
speaking different languages of their respective regions. There may be difference

about their emotions, perceptions or opinions towards a particular thing. It can be be
positive as well as negative (Karanges and et. al., 2015).
Cultural barriers: The workforce working in a company may have different assumptions
based on their cultural. Due to this, orthodox and stereotypical thinking process may
occur in the mind of working people.
Information overloaded: Sometimes, the information to be provided to employees exceed
the limit leading to mixing of important with unimportant. Hence, this causes a hype and
tensed environment at workplace.

Training: Cultural difference is a huge conflict maker due to which negativity in the
organisation can occur. Every employee should be provided adequate training for
making them understand and respect the culture of each individual. Along with this,

Furthermore, the level of conflict gets reduced and even if there are issues between the
workforce, it can be resolved through effective negotiation. In nutshell, it helps in
bringing equality among employees which make them understand the difference and find
solution for working smoothly.

From the above discussion it has been concluded that communication is the key to every
problem. There should be strategies and ways through which employees can share their
issue, ideas and views on the matters they are familiar with. Furthermore, the barriers
should be identified and adequate strategies should be made for overcoming them. Also,
in order to create positive environment, awareness about cultural differences should be
