INTRODUCTION
The report is mainly focused on the providing training service to new employee within
organization and also support existing employee with CPD. It will examine the benefits of
stakeholder, functional department and communication channel that mainly used by training
company. It will be identified the potential barriers to effective exchange of information within
organizations. The training company will consider information sheet and addressed all necessary
things related structure how it will impact on the workplace discrimination. Furthermore, it will
use the modern technology which always supporting for workplace communication. Sometimes,
training company will focused on the personal development plan for achieving the smart
objective. At last, it evaluate the effectiveness of different communication channels,
recommendations to improve the organization communication on the basis of assessment.

Communicating with stakeholder is an essential activities that help for establishing a strong
relationship with each other. At a point, it can be marketing or investor relation that primarily
focused on attracting potential consumers, stakeholders (Zerfass and Volk, 2020). In midland
training company, various stakeholders participating in the business operation and function. In
this way, it can established the coordination through communication channel. It always support
for exchanging training related information from one functional department to another.
