Abstract
This report covered the general description of the organisational communication process
and their its impact on an organisation. There are different ways that are faced by the people of
UK, that are associated to different opinion to make vaccination process and use different
approaches. Furthermore, this report covered the barriers that UK government faced as the
people are not taking vaccine on time. In last some specified suggestions or strategies are
analysed that can be used by government and make suitable changes in their vaccination system.

Introduction
Business communication is one of the effective process that is related to sharing
information in between the people. It helps an organisation to source a relevant information and
make different strategic decisions. For make a good communication it is vital for any business to
negotiate the desired goals in more effective ways. A good way of communication helps an
organisation to solve any type of issue that are prevailing within the society (Armstrong,
Kulczynski and Brennan, 2021). This report will include the different general theories of the
organisational communication. Furthermore, different barriers of communication that become a
hurdle for taking Covid vaccine will be discussed. In last some specified strategies are
recommend to the government for overcome the barriers are highlight in this report.

Discuss some general theories of organisational communication
Organisational communication is very effective and define for the growth of
communication that takes place in different business environments. There are different type of
organisational communication which are used by the any organisation to complete the work and
use more effective approach. Some of them are formal/ informal, directional, internal/external,
oral/written and 7 C's of communication (A guide to organizational communication, 2021).
These are explain below:
Formal and Informal communication: Formal communication is often applied for
communicating with their customers in a formal ways. It is a key to formal communication as a
professionalism as here, words are chosen very carefully and make an effective communication
strategy. On the other hand, informal communications as grapevine communication and make
internal organisational communication in different ways (Bennie, 2021).
Directional communication: This is an another type of communication that taken place
in an organisation. Directional means the way of communication changes on the basis of position
the person is holding. Some ways to use directional communication are downward, upward and
lateral.
Internal and external communication: Communication can further split into internal
and external communication. Internal way of communication mainly focus on the employee's
engagement and it will increase the bond and professional connection in between the employees.

Whereas, external communication is useful for building a brand value and maintain a
relationship to maintain a strong customer relationships in different manner. External
communication show a cohesive organisational image that needs to be fits for the growth of
organisational mission and ethics (Gomez, 2021).
Oral and written communication: Oral communication is basically a face-to-face
communication process to their employees, customers or colleagues. It is more challenging and
considered for building and maintaining a professional relationship. Whereas, Written
communication is also considered important as it occur via email, social media and messages.
This method can be done through formal and informal ways.
7 C's of communication: This process provide a checklist and make sure about the
report, meetings or calls are done in well constructed and clear process. This include clear,
concise, concrete correct, coherent, complete and courteous.
Clear: When writing or speaking to someone, it is very important to be a clear about the
goals or message.
Concise: It is very important to stick to the point and keep it as brief as possible. It will
help the audience to understand more effectively.
Concrete: When the message is concrete and clear, the audience has a clear picture of
what a speakers wants to covey (Kang and Atkinson, 2021).
Correct: It is very important that the factual information, language and grammar that is
used by the speaker must be correct.
Coherent: A coherent communication finds logical and make effective connections that
are related to main topics to make consistency in the report.
Complete: It is one of the most important step in communication, as while writing or
creating a message it is important to provide all information related to the
communication.
Courteous: It is related to make a friendly, open and honest communication process.
This can be done by being polite and show respect to the audience.
Evaluate the barriers of communication preventing people getting the vaccine Attitudinal barriers: This barrier is related to attitudinal changes within the people of
UK. Most of the people do not think that they get protection form the vaccine. Even they
think that the vaccines doses are riskier than the Covid itself. This become the important

barrier for the Government of UK. People are denying for taking vaccine and due to
different platform for most challenging barrier (Oni, 2021). Most of the community think
that they have strong immunity and they never get affected through the chance of Covid-
19. Emotional barriers: Many people in UK are scared through the process of vaccination
and post symptoms of vaccine. This is something new for the people of UK, and they are
not able to understand this process in an appropriate ways. There are different ways that
can be used by government and minimise the impact of barriers. Most of the news spread
the rumour that vaccine make an impact on the physical and mental health of the people. Physical barriers: People are thinking that they have to go in Central London for places
to getting vaccinated. Another challenge is that the people are avoided to make crowded
and get not vaccinated at the right time (Priddis and Asbury, 2021). This make a negative
impact on the society as they are not become healthy either in physically and mentally. Informational barriers: People are not aware with the different benefits and information
about the long term impact of Covid-19. Also, they are not get appropriate detailed
information related to vaccination process and its beneficial stages. Most of the people
are not able to trust their government because of various humours and inappropriate
information.
Cultural barriers: Most of the people are not able to understand the belongs to make
effective cultures. People are comes from different places, background and culture that
are related to change riskier approach and factors to work over the society. Many of the
people not able to make effective communication to medical staff or doctors, that lead to
anxious impact on the people and their concepts about vaccine (Sundararajan, 2021).
Recommendations
Outline government strategies to overcome these barriers
After analysing the different barriers and importance of business communication in an
organisation. There are some recommendations which are suggested to the government of UK
for implementing into their system. As it may be provide a support and help the people to take
the part in vaccinationprocess. Some of the strategies are given below:

UK Government should start vaccination centre in every local area of UK, this can be
done by opening small camps of vaccination in pharmacy shops, hospitals or by
organising some events. This will be beneficial for the government to work effectively
and divide the work in different areas.
Another strategy that they can adopt is hey should inform more positive and effective
news related to Covid-19 and its vaccination process. That can be done by using
information communication method all over the country by using different ways.
To gain the emotional benefits of the country's people the government should start a
process of taking sessions or events via social media (Temchenko and et.al., 2021). These
kind of events provide actual and trustable information to their public as with the help of
this, people can link emotionally to the government's strategies.
At each and every vaccination centre, counsellors should be appointed at the spot to solve
the queries of their people. There are some major understanding more about the Covid-19
for make an impact on the human life in major challenges.
The of public engagement to work free communication in different ways for promoting
needs of Covid-19. Which make more successful growth in analysing the people's need
and to understand about the changes for make a pandemic impact.
Conclusion
From the above report, it has been concluded that business communication is very
important for the growth of any type of organisations. Even government can use this process to
make appropriate ways to communicate with their people and solve the issue that is prevaling
within the society. It is analysed that different communication type can help the organisations to
work effectively and smoothly in different manners. Furthermore, barriers of communication has
been discussed within the report that help the government to take some actions for Covid-19
vaccine. It can be said that with the use of effective business communication, an organisation can
work appropriately and make a positive relationship with their audience.
