It is true that communication is significant approach in the organisation. It is critical
to implement any strategy irrespective of the geography, size of the organisation. In effective
implementation of any strategy, communication is significant. Communication tends to create
the engagement during the implementation of effective strategy. Effective communication
helps in ensuring that each member of the organisation is aware. After the implementation of
any strategy, it is essential to review it time to time. In this regard, communication is required
to share the update regarding progress as well as changes that are required to keep the plan
alive (Smither, Houston & McIntire, 2016).
Communication is critical for increasing the productivity and maintaining the positive
relationship between several departments of the organisation. When any company will be
able to effectively communicate, it will ensure the team building among members. At the
same time, they will be able to communicate also (Karanges, Johnston, Beatson & Lings,
2015). As a result of this, tasks will be completed on time and achieve the good results.
Several communication skills such as problem solving, Active listening and team building
skills are required. At the time of implementation, it might be possible that employees have
some queries related to anything. In such a situation, it requires to ensure significant
communication on the part of top level. Similarly, when employees are giving any suggestion
related to the changes in strategies, manager or supervisor should listen properly. Therefore,
some of the significant communications skills are required for implementing the strategies in
proper manner.
An effective communication proved to be the significant for ensuring the
development. Communication also forms the basic function of management such as planning,
organising, coordinating, and motivating. If good communication will be done, it will boost
the morale of employees and further lead to the proper implementation of strategies. Staff

giving the instructions to its employees in relation to the strategies. When clear information is
to be passed what company is expecting from the new strategies, employees will also ensure
the same (Stark, 2019).
Clear communication is also said to be fundamental activity of the organisation. it
helps in keeping the proper flow of information among every employee. Positive culture is
also created when every employee will communication to every person. This will also solve
the problems of every individual. Due to the increasing competition and technological
changes, it becomes essential for the organisation to review or change its current outdate
strategies. Every time when new strategy is made, it is required to be communicated with
each department so that every person come to know about. If concerned party will not be able
to clarify the new strategy, employee will interpret anything by their own. This will cause the
disturbance in effective working at the different levels of the organisation. Due to this,
communication is proved to be critical in the organisation for successfully implementing any
strategy (Lewis, 2019).
In the recent time, several players have entered in the market with innovative
strategies. There are times customers also want to know about the strategy of the
organisation. Organisations are also continuously formulating the strategies in order to beat
the competition. If any employee face problem related to the effective sue of strategy, he or
she contact to its supervisor. In such a situation, it becomes crucial to effectively ensuring the
interpretation of strategy and then communicate it to the employees. A clear communication
is therefore significant at this time so that they get the clear and right meaning of the strategy
and effectively implement it. For example- If supervisor take the meeting for the purpose of
communicating any strategy. At this time or situation, it requires the effective and right
communication on the side of manager. If manager will not be able to make the
communication clearly, employees will not be able to effectively understand the strategy. At
the same time, day-to-day working of the employees also requires the communication in
order to check their performance. If any deficiency is seen in their performance, it is
significant to formulate strategies. With the help of strategy formulation, they will improve
their performance. At the same time, strategic formulation also requires the communication
on the part of concerned team or supervisor (Warrick, 2016).
In the limelight of above discussion, it can be stated that communication is the most
significant part of any organisation before or after implementing any strategy. Before

implementation of any strategy, supervisor or managers or the concerned party have to ensure
communication. After strategy, it is required to be passing to the concerned party. It is
therefore proved that if organisation will not be able to ensure the effective communication
with the employees, they will not be able to effectively achieve the objective. In such a case,
it will not be possible for the manager to effectively implement the strategies.
