AI Summary
This essay explores the critical role of the sender in ensuring effective communication, particularly within the context of modern communication technology. It highlights that communication is a two-way process aimed at mutual understanding, influenced by factors like the sender, content, context, and receiver. The sender initiates the communication process, and their decisions, experiences, and skills significantly impact the message. The essay emphasizes the importance of the sender selecting the right topic, analyzing the receiver's behavior, and removing communication barriers. It also addresses issues such as poorly expressed messages, loss in transmission, and negative attitudes, which can hinder effective communication. The conclusion underscores that while technology has simplified communication, the sender's role remains paramount in ensuring clarity and understanding.

INTRODUCTION
Communication is the meaning of exchanging the information, feeling, idea which allow
the other people in the society to know about the ideas (Abbasi and et.al., 2016). Moreover the
communication technology have made the communication a very simple process in order to
share the ideas or information to friends, family by calling them via mobile phone, e-mail and
many more technologies. On the other hand with the help of social media people can get
connected with each other. In this essay, the chosen topic is the effective communication is
mainly depend on the senders of the message.
MAIN BODY
Communication is the two way process which is for reaching the mutual understanding in
which the participants not only share the information but create the new meaning of sharing the
information. Effective communication is manly depend on the four sectors; sender, content,
context and receiver (Maral, Bousquet and Sun, 2020). Where sender is the one who send the
message in the form of coding. Content is the words or symbols that constitute the message
mainly known as language. Whereas context is the written or oral part which can be influence its
meaning while the message is receive to the receiver. And in last receiver is one who receive the
receive the message and decode that message in their own meaning.
In the effective communication process the sender is the one individual, group or any
person who initiative the communication process. This is the component which is responsible for
starting the communication. The message can be influence by the sender's decision, experience,
attitude, skill, knowledge and culture. The role of sender play an important part in the
communication process. For the effective and ease communication it is important to be a
understanding sender. The sender in the communication process, their main work is to select the
topic of the message, as they are the one who start the communication (Budka, Deshpande and
Thottan, 2016). So their main work is to select the topic and choose the path by which the
communication process take place. After choosing the topic, they analysis the behaviour of the
receiver and encourage the communication way with the help of feedback. In last their main task
is to removing the communication barrier which are occur in the path of the communication
process. For the effective communication process it is necessary that sender's message is
imperative and convincing the right message. With the help of this they elicit the desired result in

the front of audience which are the receiver of the message. For the right communication process
it is important to be a highly credible communicator, as low credible communicator may rise the
option for audience to believe in the opposite of the message this is known as boomerang effect
(Wei and Chou, 2016). A listener and receiver often have the difficulties in the time management
form the senders, the good idea can be misplace if the sender of the does not establish the ethos
via delivery of the message, structure and content.
There are lots of communication barriers can be effect the communication process, as
these barriers affect the process in between the process (Haas, 2015). First one is personal bias;
this is the barrier comes when there are some type of bias occur in the communication process.
The own thinking about the specific person comes under this barrier as sender may think before
sending the communication that the receiver is lazy, complainer or dumb in the nature. Another
barrier is the thinking condition, as what the sender's want to say is not necessary that the
receiver receive they have their own thinking ability. So they may think or understand in their
own way. Furthermore the new technologies and up-gradation are also treat like barriers. As the
network issue, delay in the receiving and sending the message and many more issues which are
comes in the communication technology. These are the some barriers which are seems in the
process of the effective communication in front of sender and receiver.
But at the same time, when is sender is not completing their responsibility then the
communication become ineffective. The sender is the originator of the communication process
so they should extremely careful about the issues. First issue that occur in the communication
process is the badly expressed message; if the sender is not aware properly with the topic which
they are going to deliver through the communication process (Koivunen and et.al., 2015). Then
the discrepancy occur in the words of the sender and in result the receiver doesn't able to
understand the message. One of the important message is to deliver the piece of the
communication is must be structured and concrete. So that the receiver create the smooth path to
understand and receive the message. Another is lost in transmission; this is very minor topic to
become as the barrier but actually if the right path and medium is not decided properly then the
sender will not be able to make a strong impact of the message is lost. In order to reduce barrier
the sender has the responsibility to ensure that channels must be noise free. Another issue is I
attitude; this create the discomfort and misunderstanding in between the sender and receiver. So
after knowing all the benefits and roles of the good sender, to know about their issues and

problem is important in order to become the effective communication which is basically depend
on the five factors of the communication process.
CONCLUSION
From the above assignment on the communication and technology, it is concluded that
communication process is very important and it take under the process from the decades ago. But
with the advancement of the latest technology the communication process is become easy and
more understandable. In the whole communication process there are various component which
are effect the process of communication they are content, context, sender, receiver, channel and
feedback. But in all of these the main focus is on sender, as they play an important role in the
effective or ineffective communication process.
