Effects of Poor Communication in
Construction Management
Poor communication will create a negative environment, where the employees are not
able to be productive. Lack of communication will effect the motivation of the
employees, which will directly reduce the productivity of the employees(Selvi, and, et.
al., 2019).
Poor leadership- Poor communication will lead to poor leadership within the
organization. The managers are not able to connect with their employees which will
demotivate the employees. The productivity of the employees will get decreased as the
employees and the managers can't get new and innovative ideas.
