firms. This helps them to grow and operate their functions in an appropriate manner with the
help of their stakeholders and also contribute to the welfare of the society. It is very important for
the firm to have effective communication channels by which each employee can have the better
communication with them(Irwin, 2020). This also benefits the different areas of company which
includes perception of the general public and proper employee engagement with in the
departments. This respective report is based on the leaflet presented earlier in which successful

MAIN BODY
Discuss some general theories of the organizational communication.
Communication has the major role and immense growth in relation to the depth and the
scope from past decades. In this, there are various theories which is being bought so that better
understanding of organisational communication and its significance at the workplace can be
learned(Guffey and Loewy, 2021). Vaccination campaign has been successfully organised and
this is not the individual efforts rather it is the group task which is being done and all the credits
goes to effective communication and the better communication channel by which people got
higher success. There are some theories of communication which were used during the
accomplishment of the campaign are given below: Communication accommodation theory: According to this theory, motivational results
and transference of communication styles can be covered which is the theory between
two people. This theory says that people can transfer their style of communication in type
ways which are Divergence and convergence. The former includes the individual who is
having strong command on their ethics by which they can transfer their communication

Organizational information theory: It order to have success within the organisation, It is
necessary that all the relevant information s is with the companies and their concerned
employees so that goal can be achieved in well-defined manner(Bolten, 2020). According
to their theory, communication affects the productivity of individual and their behaviour
with in the organisation. The main goal is to decreased the doubts so that related
information can be gain from the extra ones.
Weber’s Classic Organizational theory of the fixed structure: It is the theory which
gives the meaning to the communication process that takes place within the organisation.
The business clearly enlist the roles and responsibilities and the communication is being
taken with the help of hierarchical communication structure (Kasemsap, 2018). There is
no confusion in the messages that is being sent from the higher authorities to their
employees. All the work is being delegated to the effective communication channels
between the seniors and the employees so that effectiveness can be generated. AS per
this, when fixed structure in an organisation takes place then the communication flows
smoothly as the per the accountability and it flows top to bottom. when it is hierarchical
in nature so all the employees are well known about their task to do within the workplace.

Overcoming emotionality: This is one of the most difficult barriers in which negatively
of the individual have to be reduces so that awareness an be increases to the concern
person. The government must take the certain steps in order to understand the emotional
reaction of the general public and prepare itself beforehand so that they can deal with the
emotion with the emotional encounter of the people. This also helps in the better
understanding of the people and government must spread the awareness of vaccine to the
people so that negative emotion can be cope-up during the vaccination (Nazron, Lim and
