INTRODUCTION
Business communication may be defined as the process which is utilized by the
management of the business with the objective of communicating the business information,

communication various types of people are included that feels uncomfortable because of
the lack of communication and a sense of tension (Dwyer and Hopwood, 2019).
Interpretation as well as agreement are included in this phase that assist in understanding
each others. In this phase of communication, the individuals of the group make efforts in
order to understand the each other problems and form the strategies to resolve effectively.
Conflicts: this is the next stage of this model in which different types of problems issues
and conflicts are arises between the group of individuals and effective solutions are
developed by the organisation by understanding the point of view of the group members
