Introduction
The communication and the engagement of the employees in the place of work are
referred to as the two most areas of desire for the improvement. There should not be any
issues regarding that two areas. The outline purpose of the report is implementation of a
strategy of digital communication within an organisation. The chosen topic of the report is
the option ‘C’ i.e. boost motivation in the workplace with the help of various tools of
communication. The purpose of the report is to talk about the various tools of
communication and how they are helping to motivate the available employees within an
organisation.
This report is mainly for all the employees who are currently working in an
organisation and facing some issues with the communication and motivational issues. In
order to solve those issues this report must be read by all the employees of an organisation.
The name of the company is ‘Telstra’. Telstra is the largest company of telecommunication
in Australia. This organisation is directly related to a lot of communication, and where there
is an urgent need for making the strategy of the digital communication. The type of
communications strategy that I have chosen for the implementation are digital
communication.

aim of this study are to (1) observe the relationship between the digital communication skills
and the skills of 21st century, and (2) Deliver a digital skill’s framework of 21st century with
the help of conceptual dimensions and key components of operation that aimed at the workers
who are knowledgeable.

1) Solution: - When it comes to the productivity and the engagement of the employees
within an organisation, everyone needs to focus on comparatively more than just having
them all at a time on the same working page on a worldwide project. Nowadays, it
concentrated more about comfort of use and encouraging of the collaboration.
2) Solution: - It encompasses all of the available technologies that the staffs use to do at the
place of work. This may range from the applications of HR and core applications of
business to instant messaging, emails, portals, intranets and tools of social media related
with the enterprise. In today’s world, we can all see that most of the organisations are
having digital workplace.
3) Solution: - Few tools of innovative communication are as follows:
Video: For dynamic, creative tools with a huge number of uses, it is impossible to go
past any video. It brings out the passion and emotion to the messages and adds some
sputter to promotional campaign. Recording presentations or meetings and video
conferencing over internet are some of the great ways in order to keep dispersed or
remote workers engaged and connected.
Mobile apps: Employees engagement through the apps of mobile is becoming a huge
opportunity. It changes the entire experience of the employee. Apps can be act as a
single portal for each and everyone in the organisation in order to perform the tasks
and stay connected with the people.
Online surveys: It offers managers with a measure on the normal mood within the
workplace and may test the effectiveness of the programs of training. The surveys

formats of questions are operational in collecting meaningful data.
