Introduction
The aspect pertaining to communication plays an extremely essential role with regard to the
modus operandi of an organisation in an incredible manner. It also implies the concept
relating to human resource management in the desired manner as far as the policies and
frameworks are concerned. It would also help in the engagement of employees in the desired
manner thereby motivating them to deliver incredible performance in a proper manner as far
as the benefits of the organisation are concerned. The main aim of the paper is to imply the
aspect pertaining to communication by the virtue of a portfolio accordingly (Binder, 2016).
The concept of time sheet, personal style guide, response to an email, agenda along with
distribution communication and minutes of meeting along with follow up communication
would be discussed and demonstrated as far as the portfolio is concerned. The concept of eco
tourism would also be explained and described in a proper manner as far as the concept
relating to sustainability is concerned with reference to the contribution of the respective
tourists and visitors accordingly. A guiding statement would also be included in the portfolio
accordingly.
Time Sheet
The aspect pertaining to timesheet implies the approach which is used with reference to the
calculation of the time which has been taken with regard to the work completed by the
respective employees accordingly. It helps in the determination of the productivity of the
employees in a proper manner accordingly. The timesheet with regard to the portfolio would
involve one hundred and fifty hours of work accordingly on a monthly basis. It would help in
the calculation of the salary for the employer in a proper manner accordingly. It would also
aid in the aspect pertaining to promotions and pay hikes in the desired manner thereby
implying the growth of the employees in the desired manner. It would also help in the
tracking of the records of the employees as far as their position in the company is concerned
accordingly.
Personal Style Guide
There would not be any uniform with regard to the outfit at the workplace. Additionally,
there would also not be any dress code. However, the aspect pertaining to business wear must
be taken into account as far as the maintenance of decency at the workplace is concerned
accordingly. It would help the employees to make choices about what to wear for work
accordingly thereby implying the aspect pertaining to the non-imposition of the dress code
accordingly. It would also motivate the employees to remain in the company on a long term
basis accordingly. There would not be any concept with regard to particular clothing as far as
the concept of outfit is concerned except the fact that decency in clothing is to be maintained
as aforesaid. It would also lead to the representation of the company on part of the employee
in a proper manner accordingly. The language which would be used in the workplace would
be English as it would help in the understating amongst the employees in a proper manner as
far as communication in the desired manner is concerned accordingly. The words which have

to be used for communication must imply decency as far as getting the work done is
concerned. It would help in the fostering of relationship amongst the people in the workplace
in a proper manner accordingly. It is expected form a newly recruited employee to behave in
decent and incredible manner with regard to the aspect of conduct as far as the representation
in the workplace is concerned accordingly. It would help in the growth of the employee in the
long run accordingly. It would also lead to the progress and development of the organisation
in a proper manner accordingly.
Email response
The response would be based on the original email which would imply the steps and
measures being undertaken with regard to the project in question or any their matter as far as
the business activities of the organization is concerned. The response to the email must be
made in a timely manner accordingly (DeVito, 2019). It would help in the derivation of a
comprehensive solution with regard to the business activities of the organisation accordingly.
It would also lead to the enhancement of written communication skills amongst the
employees in the organisation in a timely manner thereby leading to the improvement in
communication strategies accordingly.
Agenda and Distribution Communication
The agenda would imply the concept relating to the planning of the activities pertaining to the
project as far as the scheduling of the project is concerned along with the proper and
appropriate staffing of the employees in the project. The concept related to distribution
communication implies the usage of multiple channels with regard to communication
amongst employees in the desired manner thereby resulting in the effective and appropriate
outcomes relating to the project accordingly (Qvortrup and Keiding, 2015). The agenda must
set out the plan in a clear and lucid manner thereby communicating it through different tools
accordingly.
Meeting minutes and follow up communication
The minutes of the meeting have to be recorded in a proper and appropriate manner. Each
and every aspect pertaining to the plan as discussed in the meeting must be jotted down in the
minutes of the meeting as far as the aspect of the implementation of the plan in a feasible
manner is concerned (Tonchia, 2018). The aspect pertaining to follow up must be taken in to
consideration accordingly with reference to the minutes of the meeting as far as
communication is concerned with reference to the project to be completed in the desired
manner accordingly.
Guiding statement
The portfolio contains a timesheet describing the aspect pertaining to one hundred fifty hours
of work on a monthly basis thereby being followed by a response email in addition to a guide
regarding personal style along with the aspect pertaining to agenda and minutes of meeting.

Eco tourism
The aspect pertaining to eco-tourism implies that the concept of tourism should be in terms of
sustainability as far as the conservation of wildlife and natural environment is concerned. It
serves as an alternative to commercial tourism accordingly. It also involves the aspect
pertaining to sustainability as far as the maintenance of the salubrious aspect of the
environment is concerned as a result of the visit to the natural areas accordingly. It also
implies the prevention of all kinds of pollution to the maximum level thereby fostering a
healthy environment accordingly (Das and Chatterjee, 2015). It also involves the aspect
pertaining to travel in a responsible manner as far as the compliance with the basic ethics is
concerned accordingly. As a result, the aspect relating to welfare service is also impetrative
accordingly with reference to the concept of ecotourism. The key thing with reference to the
aspect of ecotourism is the conservation of resources accordingly. Various policies and
guidelines have been issued to protect the environment by the promotion of the aspect
pertaining to ecotourism. It also involves the aspect of the aiding of the local people as far as
the concept of community welfare is concerned in the desired manner thereby resulting in the
benefits accordingly. Ecotourism has garnered huge support by the masses accordingly with
reference to the aspect pertaining to awareness at the huge level. As a result, measures are
being undertaken with regard to climate change as far as global warming is concerned. It
facilitates the ease of the elimination of the aspects pertaining to the usage of harmful
materials in the desired manner. Various organisations at the international level are playing
an extremely vital role with regard to the protection of the flora and fauna as far as activism is
concerned in the desired manner. Wild life sanctuaries and national parks are playing an
essential role with repsct to the promotion of ecotourism in an effective and efficient manner.
Additionally, parks and gardens have also helped in the promotion of ecotourism in a
significant manner. It has also led to the growth of economy in a significant manner
accordingly thereby promoting tourism to a considerable extent as far as the aspect relating to
the attraction and appealing of visitors is concerned accordingly. Various kinds of tours
pertaining to nature and wildlife have developed in the region of Canberra thereby promoting
the aspect pertaining to ecotourism to a large extent as far as the attraction of enthusiastic
tourists and visitors are concerned accordingly. Furthermore, it has also promoted tourism in
the region of New South Wales as far as the formation of eco friendly hotels and resorts are
concerned besides the aspect relating to greenery as far as experiencing tranquillity in an
incredible manner is concerned (Cobbinah, 2015). The aspect of ecotourism has grown in
region of Canberra and New South Wales to a great extent thereby attracting tourists and
visitors who are passionate about the concepts related to friendliness with regard to
environment accordingly.

I am writing this memo to arrange training programs for the members of my department as a
result of the project being entrusted with regard to the achievement of the goals and
objectives of the company accordingly. The concept pertaining to the briefing over various
kinds of computer programs with respect to the project must be incorporated into the training
program in a proper manner in order to imply the positive results of the project which would
be completed in a span of six months taking account of the estimated time (Cohen, 2017).
One of the training programs with regard to the training for the team members based on my
observations and experiences would imply the aspects pertaining to the basic aspect of the
project along with the various processes involved in the project. It would help the team
members to have an overview of the project in a proper and appropriate manner thereby
undertaking the works related to the project in the desired manner. It would lead to the
