1 INTRODUCTION
1.1 PURPOSE OF COMMUNICATIONS MANAGEMENT PLAN
The communication management plan is defined as an important aspect of
project. This plan determines the success criteria of a certain project based on
meeting with the needs of information for project stakeholders. The Network
Design Implementation Project describes the structure of the project and different
methods for collecting information.
The anticipated audience for the project is the Project Manager, Manager, Senior
Systems Architect and Branch Office Manager. They would be responsible for
