The Communist Manifesto is one of the most famous political pamphlets by the German
philosophers Friedrich Engels and Karl Marx. The pamphlet was commissioned in the presence
of the Communist League and had primarily been published in London in the year 1848 during
the initial breakouts of the infamous revolutions that took place in the same year. The
Communist Manifesto aims to present to the readers the analytical approaches towards the class
struggles that were evident in the then political scenario, the conflicts that arise from capitalism
as well as the capitalist mode of production. The pamphlet, however does not deal with the
predictions of the potential future forms of communism. The following essay deals with the
attitude of the proletariat at the better earning possibilities of the various members of the
bourgeois class of the society.
The Communist Manifesto opines that the society might have to face some changes due to
the fact that the proletariat section of the section might face some issues due to the fact that the
earning of the bourgeois section of the society tend have a better financial footing than the
former. The bourgeois section of the society generally refers to that capitalist class of the society.
This section of the society is generally known as the determiners of the production and the
various markets that might serve to connect to the target customers in the given society. The
bourgeois class is majorly known for their revolutionary nature that led to the dethroning of the
various old and traditional ways that were followed by the concerned areas of the society (Lamb,
2015). These sections of the society were known to have more power and therefore lead a life
that is financially more stable than the various other sections of the society that have been
serving under the bourgeois class. This class, as might be pointed out from the various
statements from the then literature, was the owner of a huge amount of the financial reserves and
thus led to the accumulation of the power on one end of the society. The proletariats on the other

hand are the members of the society who have been serving the society under the bourgeois
section of the society as a part of the working classes in the factories and the other areas that
pertain to the economic development of the concerned countries during the era (Lamb, 2015).
The Communist Manifesto states that the proletariat section of the society might be on the rise
due to the oppression that they might have been facing within the concerned society thereby
leading to an upheaval in the various strata of the society (Lamb, 2015). Karl Marx, the
renowned political thinker, had argued that the various members of the workforce at the various
factories might be taking part in a revolution due to the continuous oppression that is exerted by
the various members of the bourgeois class of the society. The great political thinker opined that
the difference in the classes of the society might lead to the upheaval of the oppressed class
thereby leading to the conditions of an industrial revolution in the concerned country. The
political thinker however opined that the concerned society should adapt to the theories that are
put forth by the concerned areas of the society on the basis of the communism that must be
present within the society. According to Marx, the major fact that the concerned society should
look into states the equality that should be maintained among the various members of the society
in order to prevent an upheaval in the society. The concerned literature on the issue states that the
opposers to The Communist Manifesto had aimed at putting forward the various theories that
stated that the theory of communism as put forwards by Karl Marx might lead to the upheaval
within the society (Lamb, 2015).
Karl Marx, as founded in The Communist Manifesto, is found to have been putting forth
the theory of the communist society in a metaphorical pattern as a spectre that is believed to have
held the view that the communism is one of the most important ways in which the concerned
society might lead to the stable conditions within kits existence (Lamb, 2015). The abolition of

the communist manner of governance might have led to the loss of the hierarchy within the
concerned society thereby leading to the conditions of anarchy within the concerned society. The
political thinker opines that the hierarchy should be maintained within the society in order to
bring about a condition of peaceful cohabitation of the various groups of members who have
been living within the society.
However, The Communist Manifesto does not generally put forth the fact that there might
be a change in the society due to the high amount of the financial accumulation with the
bourgeois classes within the concerned society. This might lead to the conditions of anger within
the various members of the proletariat sections of the society. The proletariat section of the
concerned societies has been oppressed by the various bourgeois members of the society (Lamb,
2015). The Communist Manifesto majorly deals with the concepts of the materialistic conception
of the history and the struggle of the classes that are evident within the society. The literature on
the matter states that the concerned political thinker had through the political pamphlet put forth
the various matters that dealt with the actions that might have been undertaken by the concerned
members of the proletariat sections of the society in order to deal with the constant oppression
that had been imposed by the bourgeois section of the society. The political pamphlet had also
put forth the fact that the struggles that have been undertaken by the oppressed class against the
oppressor classes have always resulted in two different outcomes. The common outcomes refer
to the reconstruction of the society on the basis of a revolution that did take place or the
conditions that pertain to the common ruin of the concerned classes of the society. Karl Marx
had suggested that the contradiction between the bourgeois and the proletariat had resulted from
the various struggles that had stemmed from the differences in the classes and the oppression that
is existent among the various sections of the society (Lamb, 2015). The political thinker had

further opined that the bourgeois class of the society that had been responsible for the oppression
of the proletariat classes of the society had been resulting from the various ruins of the feudal
society that had existed in the earlier days of the society. The renowned political thinker, Karl
Marx had opined that the then society had two prominent divisions among the members who had
been residing within the concerned society. These two divisions were mainly the bourgeois and
the proletariat sections of the society. The bourgeois class referred to the class of people who
majorly dealt with the financially strong residents of the society and aimed at the domination of
the proletariat section of the society. The bourgeois section of the society had been working in
favor of the implementation of the various novel ways and manners in the production and the
distribution of the various goods that were manufactured during those times as well as the
administrative factors involved in the activities.
Thus, from the above essay it might safely be concluded that The Communist Manifesto
had indeed put forth the clear distinction that was present within the society during the time of its
composition. The composition further tends to explore the situation that pertains to the increment
in the gap that exists within the concerned sections of the society in terms of the power and the
financial conditions of the various members. The political pamphlet discusses the fact that the
oppression that is faced by the proletariat section of the society might lead to a revolution in the
near future against the members of the bourgeois section of the society.
