site?
It has been found that learning communities are mostly focusing on the improvement of
schools. Learning communities are developed by taking into consideration various principles that
can direct the schools to make efforts for sustaining the development of the overall society.
 Who are the stakeholders you will engage to determine the effectiveness of the learning
communities?
The key stakeholders forming part of the learning community are the students,
community members, teachers, parents, state representatives, administrators, staff, city
councilors, and school board members. These stakeholders have an effective role to play in the
learning communities. Overall development can be expected with the help of all the
stakeholders.
 What are you going to attempt to uncover that will let you know whether or not they are
effective?
Certain measures can be taken to ascertain the effectiveness of the learning communities.
First is collaboration for school improvement. Insight can be gained on the student achievement
data to recognize the significant skills and knowledge that the students need to learn. Second is
removing barriers that come in the way to success. Various hindrances can be removed and
prevented in order to give the desired result. Third, is focusing on the outcome. Professional
learning communities ascertain effectiveness based on the results achieved. Student achievement
can be improved by working together as a team and performing the respective task on a daily
basis. Every team must participate in the consistent process of recognizing the level of student
achievement currently.

 How will you uncover themes and patterns?
Hard work and commitment are essential and significant themes in the learning
communities. The model of the learning community might be well designed. It is considered to
be a powerful theme for working together in order to get a positive impact on student
achievement. Hard work is highly required for initiating the work and sustaining it. The staff
must emphasize the learning instead of teaching and can work together on various matters which
relate to learning so that it can fuel consistent improvement.
