INTRODUCTION
Community care are such health care entities which are providing quality services to all
people to manage their health (Bookbinder and et. al., 2011). Nursing is a major areas of care
homes whom have a daily and regular interaction with all patients of community care. In this
project, Community care nursing choose as an area for which is helpful in improving skills of an
individual. The work of community care nursing is different from others because they are
providing care services to community and support for carers. Along with this, mode of gaining
education through training programmes are also taken in account. For every interview a specified
process is determine which have to get follow properly along with an employment application
form in nursing.

This question is based on Community care nursing goals and targets in a community care.
Along with this, what sort of education required in a nursing concepts along with time for a
programme which is conducted a with a purpose of training. Training was organised in
Australian training and nursing services with a time duration of 3 months.
Goal
