Executive summary
This report summary is related with a specific information about me and my team overall
contribution towards big clean-up through removing stickers from a wide series of routes around
the city centre. This would also cover wide range of essential perspective and facts that can help
me to complete my task in proper manner. In this it has been clearly mentioned about various
group those are able to working together that can help in cleaning the city that are highlighted
with various stickers.

Introduction
During these work I have shared my view point or experience that can help me and my team to
become more successful in coming period of time. It would also examine various kinds of
implication that are coming in near future and how to deal with such kind of matter are also
clearly examine. This report also consists of appendix that has shown strength and limitation as
well as role that I am willing to carry in the coming time. This is considered as an individual
report and I have delivery various thoughts and views for the work I have gone through those
days.

Reflection
In accordance to manage the task or any other activities helps in increase personal learning
ability and increase maximum chances of growth and sustainability in coming period of time.
During the research of this project report I worked with my group and have gone through
analysing various crucial activities that has occurred in the location of Town Hall Square,
Leicester city centre. It is considered as social activities that I have done to show so sort of
positive attitude towards the development of the society as well as the country as a good human
being. It is important for any individual to be concern toward their society or city. I have planned
and decided to create awareness among the people to remove unnecessary stickers from a series
of routes around the city centre. The project is basically only way that gets there.
I found about 10 minute walk of approximately 0.4 miles that there were many stickers that are
posted on the city centre. That consisted of various activities that has been conducted to make a
gap in 24 hr that included a set of questionnaire that I had to ask the society and other group
towards removing such kind of stickers from the city. This would also consist of overall
successes and downfall of the day and how all the activities have been impacted on coming
future and their view towards the perception of the society.
My project group name was Odindo we have organised together certain activities which entirely
aimed at creating awareness regarding removing of stickers from the city centre road. All the
essential equipment which are needed in this types of work has been collected from the Victorian
building main entrance in Town Hall square. But there are certain issues in this particular work
the location was only 10 minute walking and not having any bus close to it. I was having a team
member of 4-5 people and our activity was to clean-up around big city centre. At the time of
activity we have decided to divide out team into 2 to 3 groups that will go on to various locations
and conduct their role in efficient manner. I have found this activity which will make me
awakening, it would make me realise that I have damage various walls and plants with all the
plastic or other equipment which are taken into use during the time of removing the sticker. My
individual or group contribution has made it an eco-friendly to close society and other people or
communities that are living over at the place. During the time I have collected the entire sticker
along with my team members in plastic bags and started to talk with the people or local people to
not use any kind of sticker on the city centre because it is destroying the centre beauty. While
doing so I have found some people those have come in front to support us by their own

perception and contributed for a valuable cause. I have also observed that plenty of people as
well as community have been aware about these think to not use any kind of sticker on the walls
of centre. But we could not able to made any huge difference, we did out crucial part in cleaning
the city centre and I can now say that my and group contribution had an impact upon the society
as well as their environment as well. There are certain positive aspects such as I have interacted
with various people those are living close to the city centre. While at the time questioning to
them I was able to develop them to understand the hazardous effect of sticker that has been
damaging the property at very faster rate. I have also found that there are certain people that are
having interest in doing work with me with their respective ideas of how things can be done in
efficient manner voluntary near around the place. It only took us 2-3 hours to clean the entire
areas, where two of them had to collect the unnecessary waste and other have to keep the dirty
bags to put in it. I was doing cleaning as well as collecting the waste material because it was too
easy for me.
The decision for dividing the team member into various parts is happens to be more positive as
our work has been accomplished into more economical and faster manner. we have able to
complete our job with the decided role in more effectively and safely. The success of the entire
day was that we was able to develop or analyse the implication which have upon the people of
society as because of asking question from the people about the use of sticker on the wall of city
centre. Some of them are related with their negative impact on the family and image of country.
The damage it would be doing to the society is also one of the crucial aspects which I have
shared with the people. These all question has made people rethink of pasting the sticker on the
city centre road. We have also found that as plan to clean the city was worked in well organised
manner but the question is still the same that whether people are getting aware of the think that
such kind thinks can damage their society up to a wide level. It was the society that can made the
nation not an individual with their own hand can perform the role single handily. City centre is
just one areas around the city and there are many more places which are also affected because of
the stickers. These are affecting the overall country and environment of those particular areas. At
the end we have gain success in cleaning the city as a whole effort. We have manage to clean the
city from our own point of view, by the close of day we are able to gather wide number of waste
of stickers all of them are lying middle of the society and it made us realised that people really
does not care about their city. The overall the activity was found to be fun and it would help us to

interact with the people and examine their view towards the environment and their overall point
of view on the use of stickers at the wall of city centre. It is essential for the society to make
decision as their own point of view so that chances of getting positive results can be enhanced in
near future time.
After the completion of activity I had an entire new point of view towards the environment and
use of usage sticker as well as know that our planet is facing an environmental implication as a
primary role in the crises. This has impacted me in much way that I took essential decision of
using unwanted things which are affecting the society as well as environment as the same point
of time. I personally tried to clean up city and trying to inform people about the society to do not
use such kind of poster on the walls of street. I think that my university would conducted these
activities as it would attract more students to do community work and later that will have certain
impact on the students and it would encourage them to do more positive work toward the society.
If we can have crucial implication on them they will have a bright future, if we are going to do
the similar things in near future the chances of attaining maximum strong image get enhanced for
longer time. I wish that maximum people can come forward to take incentive to work together to
attain the society needs and improve their living standard more effectively in attaining eco-
friendly ways. The overall activity has given me lot of positive results which will be helpful in
my coming future career.
