Community engagement is the process in which people collaborate voluntarily to work
for society. They have objective and then work in an integrated manner to achieve the goals and

organisation. They work to eliminate the litter, ending waste and improving places by keeping
them tidy. The organisation works in an effective manner and clean beaches and follow the
principles of sustainability. There is comparison among the project undertaken by the
organisation. There is discussion related to various approaches of community engagement. It is
vital to note that effective communication and stakeholders engagement is also effective for
growth of business. In the end of the report there is discussion related to process that is followed
by the organisation in order to achieve success.

Community engagement is the process of solving the problem of society in order to work
in an effective manner. All the charitable trusts have their own aim, for which they work
together. Each and every organisation must work by taking care of all the stakeholders for
