INTRODUCTION
Gibbs reflection cycle was established by Graham Gibbs just to mention structure of
learning in experiences. Furthermore feeling and thoughts are all about having experience
(Bateman-Schieler,2018). Evaluated about good and bad things long with that analysis how to
make sense of any challenges. This report is about interpersonal skills and examined reflection of
personal development skills.
Gibbs Reflective skills
Overview-
It offers many framework in examining experience and try to give appropriate, allowing with
them for learning each things either done good or not. It is been followed:-
Description:-
For an assess of work assignment on topic UNICEF I have decided to divide that work into
different sections among easy or hard so that it could be more easy to help me in completing
work before given deadlines (Reynolds,2017). I was expected that it would be completed before
afternoon deadlines, meanwhile that I have still not yet set my time schedules in seating and
doing my work. In this assignment I got too much of time for complete this but I waste my time
more in doing research of many topic and after that I got many things to write. There being my
all other groups members are present who are willing to help me in searching topic. At time I
decided to read out some general books that might be more helpful either more supportive to me
for dong less research on community engagement. However I had deal with time to write
something before going on wring side. Therefore how I have also drop out my evenings plans so
that assignment would be finished in time before deadlines. While improving my skills in this
work and I have also decided to work for doing that might be more best having that topic next
time (Cathro, O’Kane and Gilbertson,2017). My group members also helps in doing these work
and they have provide well sufficient time to my report.
Feelings:-
I was literally feeling quite happy but after some time I come to know that many more
assignment are still pending for me to complete they also have today deadlines. After when this
work being assigned to me I am fully frustrated and becoming more over thinking about that how

I will complete my work. When work assigned my group members try to motivated me and
actually that motivation quietly helped me out to rewrite my work. I was thinking about that how
actually I have cancelled my all evening plans just to have main community engagement along
with me my group members also cancel their evening plans for completing my work and they
help me more. So for this I was feeling guilty for them all. My group members have to try me
help in work and before deadline I have submitted my work, right now I am feeling to satisfied
plus feelings so lucky to have coupled of best group members with them who are also ready to
support me in any situation. At that time me and my group members have decided to divided
work into small piece so that it would be more easy to complete work on time (Dhaliwal, Singh
and Singh, 2018). While looking back I being to satisfied for my work. I feel so best while
conducting their topic on community engagement which also helps in developing my skills and
build by knowledge that might be more towards for their work in having proper manner and try
to complete their work on time. UNICEF also try to improve their conditions that could be more
brand image and their customer who are being more satisfied while by providing them best
support.
Evaluation:-
The things was all over good as well as best fact that my each group members have helped me
for producing best quality of work along with that they support me for completing my work with
smart plus hard so that I would not get feedback in that work. Moreover well was that my group
members and I cancelled evening plan for doing work, they also keeps me motivated that I can
do that work before time. That contribution of group work is more ethic in organization towards
the community engagement which must be followed up by UNICEF for making more developed.
This situation have positively impact that what I have assumed that was not clearly specified, as I
take much more time in doing researching that waste my more time. Therefore for completion of
work being failed at time and could not think about that I could be submit my work on time
(Harerimana,2018). As evaluation process helps most to analysis the positive or negative impact
of that situation what I was facing at time for doing that work which I have been assigned
through my organization. The process of diving my work and I have also decided that UNICEF
helps other organization while them to keep market position their high as they have also create
some strategy that could be more so that they can easily develop brand image in front of others
organization and helps more and more poor people from this pandemic. HR manager in this

organization try to improve their company communication and listen to their employee along
with that they have to keep main focused on their workforce if there are facing any problems
towards workplace. I also try to improve my communication skills and listening power so that
could be help me in completion of their task on time.
Analysis:-
I think initial in dividing my work into different division so that it could be more easy along with
that my each group members also helped me out for completing my work on time. According for
dividing my work it seems that in which I have more strength do to work (Hilliard, James and
Batt,2017). I got best experienced from this assignment furthermore I also learned many things
and got time to analyzed my skills. The same things I observed in group as well in matching their
strength in helping.
I think that this community engagement make me understand that how I can save my time while
by dividing work according to skills, before I had never think about that. As so far more time
than expected and we are under more stress through having more rush in work in writing. The
main fact that I haven't planned about each and every things that what to do and how that could
be done.
In community engagement they have best HR department is best for their employee which
follows all rules and regulation which have been set up my government (Othman and et.al.,
2020). I have searched about their literature of work process and found out two things in that
which could help me in any situation for understanding. Team members also suggests that each
person have some certain strengths and weakness that might be supportive for me. While
preparing on community engagement I and my group members think that how their leadership
skills and have better communication helps them in other organization to be build up and how
they make more effective team with having work delegation seems to come from different
people which did they have strengths.
In conducting this assignment I have also understand about various plans that how to complete
work and how to manage their time for doing (Issa and et.al.,2020). Community engagement has
to give globally mandatory instruction on having more contribution with development practises
moreover humanity that might be need to be develop.

I have learned that how community engagement are being developing them more in other various
countries along with which they are currently working. Moreover I will continue to take this
assignments more in coming time so that I can learn more about what was more developed and
about me what skills being more build up. UNICEF needs to make their company as to organize
more charity and donation for those people who are need and wants for having fulfilling their
some basic requirements. The company also joined with World health organization for making
them more well in among their charity such as medicine. welcome their trust and many more. Its
most important for UNICEF to ensure all activities has being more implemented (Markkanen
and et.al., 2020). From the concluded I seen to my skills that need to develop more and use less
time researching. HR in organization play very important roles for their company while by
providing various training, recruitment to their employees so that they can easily help their
company for productivity and profitability. UNICEF includes various strategy on basic of
exterior environment, accordingly to that they can make more strategies in competitive
advantage. There are various interpersonal skills which are need to be improve by their employee
or well to improve their performance in order to increase their effectiveness of company.
Action plan:-
I have kern many things from this topic community engagement as for next time I am ready to
take this topic this might be more interesting for me as well for my group ,members who keeps
me motivate in doing this topic. In developing my skills for next time I will be keep myself
prepared about report and divided my work before the starting project. I must build up more
confident un myself that I can do best for next time. From this UNICEF I have learned many
things and how they are more helpful to other organization for developing them more in different
developed countries (Matsuo and Nagata,2020). Action plan could might be some time similarly
or have some different related situation for their future. In this they described about work they
will continue in future and they could make them more build up while in facing every challenges
whether they are capable ot not for doing their work.
CONCLUSION
This report concluded that organization need to more developed and maintain proper
relationship which helps them to providing different opportunities in order to gain their

competitive advantage in market and make them to earn more profits at marketplace. While
improving must have community engagement have to build up them more for their society. I
have analyzed myself according to their situation in which they have developed more and my
skills are not sufficient for them to examined their report. In this report I have studied about
leadership skills in order that are most influencing factor as well as to work so they enhance their
community engagement activities as well to achieve organization goals and objective. I have also
notice that providing meetings, seminars, training and conference are enhancing in developing
their skills of employees that will be must benefit for customer plus society. Community
engagement has also programme organization which was very effective in improving their
children and make their life more well as much healthier. In this manner with ensure that
activities which was associated by community engagement to implemented in doing proper
manner and try to improve their skills moreover to make this position in market for help their
customer along with that they also improve their organization brand images.
