Interviewer: What is your post and how long have you been working in Danila Dilaba?
Interviewee:
 I have joined this organization as a primary level Health Care worker and now I am if full
time nurse in the emergency ward.
 I have joined this company almost 6 years ago and with my experience in last six month
year as the leading notes of the emergency care unit
Interviewer: Please mention in brief about the experience that you have gained over the years in
Danila Dilaba.
Interviewee:
 Well, I do strongly believe that Danila Dilaba is one of the leading Healthcare
organizations in all over Australia and is responsible for meeting up the health service
demand of the society.
 The community within the Healthcare organization is well developed due to high level of
coordination among the Healthcare workers and nurses.
 I have been able to gain significant experience as a nurse and Healthcare worker, which
have helped to develop my career as a part of the health care institute. While working in
the emergency Care Unit, I have developed the skills of immediate care to the patient.

 With my experience now, I am able to take quick decision about the matters related to
providing effective intervention measures.
Interviewer: What are the major challenges that you have encountered in the past few years?
Interviewee:
 Well at the initial stage of my career as a healthcare worker, I have faced challenges
related to communication with the co-workers.
 I have also faced challenge due to the fact that the management of the Health Care Unit
has not provided me the training to deal with the challenges in the emergency care.
 Nevertheless, with the help of effective mentoring that I got from few of my senior
workers, I have been able to gain significant experience. This in the long run has helped
develop upon my skills.
Interviewer: What are your future plans?
Interviewee:
 As Danila Dilaba, is improving upon the reputation as Healthcare organization, I want
to make a significant contribution as the community worker of the organization, which
is him to provide better health care service to the society.
 I will also aim to provide training to the workers, which will help to improve upon the
overall organizational culture.
 I also wish to improve my level of skills that will help me to be the head nurse of the
organization.
