DISCUSSION
o Underdeveloped system for collecting marketing
information
o The entry of new competitors
o Change Message tax system
What awaits the community hospital in the present state of affairs in 3 years for some
variables to change and why? It is expected that in the next three years there will be a further
increase in healthcare services as high credibility of the organization, the services are effective,
safe and favorable to patient. However, there is a market introduction and strengthening of
positions of competitors, the emergence of generic medicines, which could lead to a deterioration
of the situation.
5. Recommended strategic option
Achieving these goals is important to retain and further improve the position of the
healthcare services on the market, in terms of increasing the number of competitors and
strengthen the fight against them for consumers (McDonald, et al., 2018). The advent of generics
leads to a decrease in sales due to their lower cost. In this regard, you need to improve contacts
with intermediaries, as well as not to lose regular customers (File, 2017). Thus, the main
objectives are to attract distributors, increased promotional activity of the hospital among
doctors. Thus, the maximum promotional activity among patient’s representatives of the
manufacturer was observed in 2017, since sales began to grow (Australian Commission on
Safety and Quality in Healthcare 2009). However, the recent noticeable decline in the number
and quality of promotions, which certainly can lead to a decrease in sales and this, is
unacceptable (Community & Data, 2005).
