project managers so that they can share information within each other and avoid any
invention within the project wheel. This will help them understand the purpose of
Community of Practice or CoP and at the same time explain how the Federal Project
Management Community of Practice or FPMCoP is expected for improving the execution of
their projects. The report would also developed the idea about the maximum benefit gained
with the implementation of a Community of Practice or CoP and also the ethical issues
associated with it.

Explain the purpose of a Community of Practice (CoP)
There are several reasons for which the project management process of Community of
Practice or CoP is essential for every organisation to follow. Not just because it helps in the
growth of the organisation but also it identifies and implement the best practices within the
business so that it provide a competitive approach to all the other business organizations by
making the business stand out in the market [1]. Several organisational factors work behind
this community factors that helps in sharing not just information but success presence of
structures engineering communication within the organisation, supporting the collaboration
culture of an organisation between the employees and also providing with an exhaustive
capacity in the organisation so that the skills and changes of practice can be fluid within the
employees.
Following would be the reasons and benefits of implementing Community of Practice
or CoP within an organisation:
It develops learning culture between the employees such that the best practices are
shared through the knowledge sharing systems where the tools for knowledge sharing
like social media networks and others come into being [2]. This make sure that the
business might adjust to all the other changes and are implemented for boosting the
performance of every individual employee.
Sharing of knowledge between one another makes the employees feel the gap of their
