privatize the entire sector. Private educational institutions are more
active in United Kingdom than government hold institutions. Whereas
in Saudi Arabia government hold institutions are contributing
massively to provide quality education. (Knight and et.al., 2020) In
United Kingdom due to available of sufficient resources modern
methods or techniques like digital classrooms, online learning and
such practices are more active. Whereas, in Southy Arabia the focus is
more towards traditional class room teaching methods. Parents in
United Kingdom are stricter towards providing quality education to
children on the other hand parents in Saudi Arabia are not much
concerned towards quality education. Infrastructure in UK is also
advanced as compare to Saudi Arabia.
Health care
United Kingdom is more developed in respect to the health
care services all hospitals are more advanced and developed. Whereas,
in Saudi Arabia hospitals are still not well-structured based on the
current or future need and requirements. Heath care system of United
Kingdom is such advanced that almost every single disease can cure
successfully in the country. Approximately £46.2 billion turnover
health care sector is contributing in the overall economy of UK
(Lomer, 2018). The other side Saudi Arabia is not much advanced
which imposed peoples to access to traditional approaches like Yoga
and other physical exercises to cure the diseases. People in UK are
also more educated as compare to Saudi Arabia which motivate them
to keep themselves healthy. This difference in health awareness
between UK and Saudi Arabia also denote in the average life

the three prominent ways to access to different public services in
country.

access different form of public services. In this government in UK has
issued help line number on which people can call and get access to
different public services like education, health care and other (Ozili
and Arun, 2020). This approach is effective for such people that are
looking for direction and have no clue how to access health care or
education related services available in country. Public help line is a
number or email id that help people.
Internet: is also a key medium used in United Kingdom to get access
to public services. People in UK can contact with professional doctors,
tutors to access with health care and education related services. This is
also a prefer way to utilize public services in the country. Internet
provides a massive scope to people where people can get guidance
from such professionals that are not available in United Kingdom.
People can enrol with institutions in health care and education located
outside the United Kingdom.

sources to get access to public services in United Kingdom.

face specially to consuming public services if they lack in using the
language.
Difficulty in communication: People face difficulty in
communicating with other people. In United Kingdom only few
people understand other languages majority of population speak only
in English and understand the same language as well. In such a highly
populated English speaking country if an individual not able to speak
the language popular than this is common to face challenges while
communicating with other (Papanicolas, Woskie and Jha, 2018).
Especially in health care this issue is major where patient required to
interact with the professional doctor in regard to its disease than only
doctor or professional can guide the patient in right direction.

people face in United Kingdom that are not capable to speak in Eglash.
They face issue in developing relationship with peoples. Especially in
education sector building relationship play huge role. Students
required to establish strong relation with other students and
professionals to gain quality education.
Racism issue: This is another key issue which people who are not
capable enough to speak in English will face in United Kingdom.
Many cases have been reported where people faced this issue who do
not belong to United Kingdom and living in the country. Government
that also implement law related to anti discrimination to overcome this
issue or challenge. This issue will resist the people to get quality
education and quality health care treatment in the country. As per the
recent records al;mist 76 thousand cases have been reported in UK
related to the racism (Ruokangas and et.al., 2020). This is a huge
number that clearly state the mentality of people in UK.
The above mentioned issues are the key challenges or issues
people will face in United Kingdom that are not capable to speak
English language. The above mentioned issues will make it more
