The documents which are necessary to consider for understanding mine and one of my
colleague’s job role are presented below;
Employment contract: These are the contracts which are signed by the employees for
delivering their services within an organisation. This includes the detailed description about the
job roles and responsibilities along with employment terms and conditions that are must to
adhere at the time of performing role. Looking of this document help in ascertainment of mine
and one of my colleague’s job roles along with conditions upon which he/she hired within an
organisation.
Employer’s notice: This is the notice generally provided by employer to change the
existing roles of staff as per the requirement. Looking of this is important to determine that
support worker roles were changed or not.

I prefer to talk directly to my colleague on the basis of evidences. I reach to him/her and ask
about the job roles along with some which were not performed from many period of time. Also,
mentioned about the habit of him/her regarding not washing of hands along with its negative
consequences. Here, the main aim of mine is to ascertain the valid reason behind non-
performance of regular duties.
