1. Biography
1.1 introductory paragraph about myself:
Personal growth is the online process of developing oneself in order to achieve the
fullest potential. This is one of the most vital parts of personal growth and serves as the great
foundation of emotional, physical, intellectual, and spiritual health (Tattum & Tattum, 2017).
In this paper, I will evaluate myself and identify my strengths and weaknesses. I am Idara
Agwu, working as the team member of Tim Horton, Kitchener, Canada from 2018. I have
completed my post graduate degree on Community & Social Service Management from
Conestoga College, Ontario in the year 2019. I have also completed certification course on
Standard First Aid & CPR Level HCP/AED in the year 2017. In this paper, I will evaluate the
result of psychometric tests.
2. Assessment
Psychometric test is the best way to learn about personal credibility. This is the way,
through which people becomes able to select their career on the basis of their personality
(Faris, 2018). My results of two different psychometric tests are as follows:
2.1 Myers Briggs profile summary:
My score of the Myers Briggs test shows that I hold turbulent personality. I hold the
ability to counterbalance myself by accomplishing something more. In addition, I also make
mistake and cannot control my emotion. I am the entertainer type personality, who can be
highly impulsive. I become exited in every moment and expect the fact that everyone feel in
the same way like I do. It is imperative to note in this context that when it comes to

This is so with the case of me. In fact, I hold assertive personality. In addition, these people
also love to chat on a unique topic in order to catch the attention of people and make them
feel that like party. Being turbulent, I also love to enjoy the simplest of thing and find it more
joyful in having a lovely group of friends. At the same time, the turbulent are a have a very
strong aesthetic sense of personality, who is extremely inclined towards improving
themselves. (Duboust & Knight, 2018). Being the turbulent, I always push myself to become
better. I am more likely to push my best effort in the way of attaining success from an
impending project. In addition, I am always intended to notice little problem and do my best
to resolve the problem.
2.2 eQi test summary:
Emotional intelligence test (eQi) is one of the greatest tests of assessing the mental
stability of people in various situations like failures or discouraging situations (Whitehall, et
al. 2018). I have scored only 38 in my emotional identification, perception, and expression,
which mean that I have to work a lot in order to figure out, perceive and express the emotion
within myself and others. This lacking can make it difficult for me to learn about the emotion
of others. My score in this test suggests that I have to struggle a lot for the sake of relating
with others and behave in a proper manner.
3. SWOT analysis:
The fundamental aim of personal SWOT analysis is stimulate identified strengths,
reduce the area of weaknesses, exploiting the opportunities and developing detailed plan in
order to minimise threat (Boles, 2016). This is the most important tool for personal

To conclude, it can be said that personality test is the great way of gaining
understanding regarding mental health. This is the way, through which the degree of stability
among individuals can be measured. It is important for me to improve the emotional
intelligence. In addition, I have to work hard for the sake of understanding the feeling and
