INTRODUCTION
In a global business environment, equality and diversity play a significant role because
there are different people are work at a common platform for accomplishing their targets. Thus,
it is important for company to promote quality and diversity at working area to ensure that each
and every employee have access to the same opportunities and at the same platform and also get
fair treatment. This can be assist in improving overall performance of employees at workplace by
developing positive relation. Now a day, gender divide in leadership is one of the major issue
that company is facing as it directly affects the employee’s performance within the company
(Georgeac and Rattan, 2019). In this, women employee gets less opportunities to lead workers at
workplace. Therefore, it is important for business organization to provide fair opportunities to
both male and female employees so that they can put their efforts for attaining their targets.
Current project is based on Tea traders is a small business operate their business in retail industry
with the aim of generating huge profitability level. Company also focus on providing fair
opportunities to its staff members in order to enhancing their capabilities to do something well at
working area for achieving their targets in a stipulated time frame.

The main purpose of undertaking current investigation is to explore the actions that taken
by business organization to eliminate the issue of gender divide in leadership within the business
organization. This is also helpful for project manager to improve their skills and knowledge on
the basis of specified topic and area (Griffiths, Roberts and Price, 2019). In addition of this, by
carried out this project activities, company can effectively analyse the impact of equality and
diversity within the business organization. With the assistance of this, researcher and company
can attain positive and reliable results within the project activities and at the same time also make
overall project more authentic and successful as well.
Project management plan
Project management plan is considered as an important formal document that determine
how a project is going and carried out. Along with this, it also includes outlines including project
scope, budget, quality, goals and deliverables that may significant for keeping a project on track.
Mainly, it also provides guidelines to project manager in undertaking entire project in an
effective manner (van Acker, Wynen and Op de Beeck, 2018). For better understanding, there
are some aspects that includes for completing the project:
Scope: It is an important element of making a successful project as it provides wider
scope to researcher in analysing the actual action that taken by company to eliminate the
