Three (3) elements that help create a strong company culture consisting of trust and
integrity and importance of each element?
It has been noticed that three elements are related to clear mission, Proper flow of
communication and offering rewards. These are considered as the essential elements that
assist to maintain strong culture of the company in relation to trust and integrity.
These elements play an essential role and have importance in creating strong culture in the
workplace. The first element that can assist in maintaining the strong culture in the workplace
is “clear mission and purpose”. When employees have clear idea of mission statement then
they give their best towards the set goals and targets. Hence, it can be said there are many
companies direct their employees with clear mission as it assist in achieving set target
(Kumar 2016).
The other element is Proper flow of communication. It is noticed that when there is proper
flow of communication then it assist the departments and workers to work together. Proper
flow of communication maintains proper coordination among team members which result in
strong culture. So, proper flow of communication is one of the major aspects that relates with
maintaining the strong culture.
The third element relates with offering rewards. It is analysed that when rewards are offered
to the employees then it directly motivates the workers to be efficient towards the work. If
workers work with dedication and efficiency it directly enhances the culture of the company.
Therefore, it can be said that it is important to offer rewards to the workers as it enhances the
culture of the company (Talent 2018).
