A) How company reward efforts and increase the perception of personal worth.
Company can rewards the efforts put up by the workers of company. This must be done
to boost up the knowledge of the worker to uplift their performances and keep them motivated if
the person is motivated they will always bring about the necessary change in the working of the
organization. Ways in which workers can be praised are:
Elicitation through interviews- This is a method of data collection, this technique is used
counseling, management and other fields to information from people. This method assist the
management in gathering information about market and competition. Elicitation through
interviews provides opportunities to explore more data in depth(Donate and de Pablo, 2015).
From this method infoprmation can be can be gathered about employees problem which assist in
increasing the information.
Anecdotal deconstruction to analyses cultural issues and ways of working- by using this
method cultural issues and ways of working in an organisation can be solved. As there will be no
issues in organisation all the employees are happy and satisfied. So this motivates them and raise
their morale.
Story deployment- In this method all the employees of an organisation discuss about their
problems. A healthy discussion is be held which helps in making conclusions about problems of
the wirkers. Story deployment assist the management in solving the problems of
employees(Girard and Girard, 2015). Thus, this impacts the personal growth of employee.
Communication praises- Written or verbal praises can be a note by a senior in-charge or team
leader which will help in enhancing the performance of the firm. Written praises must be given
as an email or sticky notes which can remind them time to time. For the better performance of
workers verbal appreciation at the end of the project must be given which can improve the
performance of the workers and motivates the co-workers(Girard and Girard, 2015).
B) Technique to find best solution to employees personal worth perception problems.
Employees value can be found out in an organization by the best performance of
workers, employee are asset to the firm. Every employee is an asset to the firm which must be

rewarded as the time passes for the mental strengthening. Best brain storming activity which
assist the perception of personal growth is communication(Webb, 2017).
The communication praises is best which affects the perception of personal growth. As
by effective communication all the problems are communicated and methods for solving them
are concluded(Hislop, Bosua and Helms, 2018.). Employees communicate with each other this
increases the knowledge. And by positive thoughts the employees are motivated to do work.
Thus, helps in personal growth of employee.
C) Consensus decision making
Consensus decision making refers to the way of providing a solution and agreeing to the
result in which everyone gives a solution to the problem and end up with a common solution.
Which can be beneficial for everyone. Importance to everyone's solution can be listened and
accepted(Omotayo, 2015. ). In this case the workers are not exempted but are given equal
attention as that of other workers. While working in a group everyone's participation is required
which can be done by respecting everyone's perspective. Employees worth can be calculated by
providing equal respect and care to each employee by providing attention to everyone's problem
and providing a solution.
