Re: Invitation to company Meeting
I hope this mail finds you well. As mandated by the company’s constitution and the powers
vested in me, I would like to invite you for a meeting.
The meeting is scheduled to happen on 30th February 2019. It will be held at the company’s
premises. In addition, the meeting is scheduled to start from 10:30 AM till 4:00 PM.
The main agenda of this meeting is to give all members an opportunity to elect or appoint a
new company director, (France et al., 2019, 72). Members who will not have the opportunity to
attend are humbly requested to appoint proxies. This is aimed at giving all members the
discretion electing a favorite director. Also, the proxies will have the opportunity of
representing your ideas and suggestions aimed at promoting the company, (Kashyap et al.,
2019, 107).
Opportunity for any other agenda will be discussed on the said date.
Sincerely
Company Director
