Steps need to be taken to register the company
EBSM is the private organization. In order to get registered the firm cited firm is required
to follow several steps. If new start-up firm wants to register itself then it has to follow specific
steps. It is not necessary to visits corporate office, owner can registered the firm online as well.
Four major steps for registration are as following:
Acquiring digital signature certificate (DSC)
In order to ensure authenticity of documents it is essential to acquire DSC. This
documents are submitted by the owner or director of the start-up electronically. The firm which
has this DSC then it can use it in opening a new registered branch but if it is start up firm then it

Acquiring director identification number (DIN)
It is the initial phase in which each director of EBSM is required to get DIN number. It
can be obtained by filling e-form DIN 1 which is easily available on its official site.
Filing an e-form or new user registration
New start-up firm needs to register on the MCA portal. They have to fill this e-form
online and have to make necessary payment for registration.
Incorporate the firm
One e-form has been filled then company has to include main details such as company
name, office address, directors, manages etc.
Critical analysis of registered company
As EBSM start up firm is the separate legal personality that means it is the private
organization. There is different procedure of registration for public and private firms. Section 3
of companies act explains that private and public both firms have to follow steps to be registered.
In public limited firm minimum member in board are seven whereas in private there should be
only two members. Private firm needs to have 50 members whereas public firm can have more
than 50. Public firm can sell its share in the market but private firm can not without having
permission.
Role of directions in registered company
Director plays significant role in the registered firm. Director is responsible for
managing business activities and affairs. Individual has to maintain records and have to make

business and have duty of not to exceed their power. Individual must maintain relationship with
suppliers so that business can run smoothly.
