In the following part there will detailed analysis of the role, situation as well as leadership
behavior of CEO in multinational companies and President Abraham Lincoln.

business so we will earn higher profit, but they are a slower mover. However, Mark Zuckerberg
saw the problems of communication between the people. He made a communication stage and
enhanced Facebook in all over the world without any TV Ads. So that in present time per month,
2.32 billion people are joining with Facebook. He uses to exchange as well as assistance their
assistants and respite of their other staffs to produce novel and innovative ideas according to
which the final decision is made (Eisner, 2016). He plays a giant interactive part in the overall
community by giving words as well as talking in the conferences. He used to give the relevant
facts to the interlopers through the effective conferences as speeches (Koseoglu, Liu & Shalley,
2017).
Now there is great example of the CEO of Apple & Co., who is Timothy Donald Cook.
He were working with Steve jobs and they gave an idea for the launching the smartphone. He
gave idea that, we will make a smartphone (higher budget), so that mostly people might will pull
towards this smartphone but they had to face with criticism .All his employee were telling that
we will have to face higher losses, but Steve jobs refused to all advices and made his software
ios, which is highly reputed software now a day. Now a day Apple & Co is one of the biggest
companies of the world. According to survey, in present day, 1 lakhs billions people are using
the Apple smartphone that represent their strong leadership style made it worth to the company
(Mishra, 2016).

A good leader should be also a hardworking man and they should have ability to
convince & motivate the people. Many successful CEO in the world who is the great examples
of leadership among which Sunder Pichai is the CEO of Google company .All people know
them, now I am telling about the SPACEX CO. whose CEO a is Elon Musk and he is biggest
paranoid. And every leader should be paranoid for his work .They wanted to reach to any other
planet in one second. They are working for the efficiency and scarcity. And they want to make
cheapest rockets. Through their effective leadership behavior they did able to achieve their
targeted goal in more effective and efficient manner (Lang, Handley & Jablokow, 2018).
