emphasis on the Health care system of United Kingdom. The country has developed government
sponsored universal health care system that is popularly known as National Health Service
organization.
It is a public funded company who is working towards improvising the health outcome of
service users and too free of cost. It has been analysed that United Kingdom’s health care system
is one of the most effective and efficient health care body working in world. This system in

EIGHT FACTOR model for Providing True Access. It will also compare and contrast health care
system of United Kingdom with the other country. Report will provide recommendation related
to improvising and enhancing the health care system.

Eight factor model
The eight factor model provides the detail about that health care system is been involved in
providing equal access to health care services to all people without any discrimination. This
system take into consideration the structure, interventional, historical, preventive, resources,
major health issues and health disparities into consideration.
Structure: In this the model provides deep insight about the structure of the National health care
system. It provides the details about the various staff members, health care professionals, nurses,
administrative staff that is being working in firm. The structure also includes infra structure and
various health care policies that is being implemented by National health service organization. It
has also analysed that the department of health do not interfere in decision making of NHS as it
is an independent body (Sutton and et.al., 2018). The primary care services is also been provided
by NHS. In this they have appointed General practitioners, nurses, dentists who worked
independently. They are rather on salary basis or even can be on employment basis. This factor
also takes into consideration about the structural barriers that has been faced by the health care
system. The barrier can also reduce the efficiency of firm in providing the health care services.
There are various functions and responsibilities of NHS that has been done by them. They are
been involved in providing people with better life by providing quality health care system.
Financing: It is also one of the major factors that can affect the working of health care system of
United Kingdom. In this the organization describes about from where the funds are been raised
from. It describes the nation’s responsibilities towards the funding of the health care system. It is
