power and status of individual within organisation. Parliamentary system of the
government have real executive power which has been vested within the cabinet which is
largely composed of members of legislature. On the contrary, The Presidential system is
considered to be as the form of government where the president is considered to be as the
Chief executive and is directly elected by the individual people. The parliamentary
government has 2 heads. One is nominal and other one is real head. On the other hand,
Presidential government has only one head.

PARLIAMENTARY SYSTEM
 Parliamentary system of the government
states that, the executive branch of the
government tends to get direct as well as
indirect support from the parliament.
 They are collectively and individually
responsible to the legislature.
 They has been democratically elected as
parliamentary government.

 One of the key advantage associated
with the parliamentary system is that it
is easier and faster to pass any
legislation.
 It is considered to be one of the most
unified parliament and executive.
DISADVANTAGES
 On the contrary, the major
disadvantage associated with the
parliamentary system is that, it tends to
result in unstable government and the
loss in confidence will result in
replacement of Prime Minister and
Counsellor.

PRESIDENTIAL SYSTEM
 The Presidential system is considered to be
as the form of government where the
president is considered to be as the Chief
executive and is directly elected by the
individual people.
 The president holds seperate power from the
legislature. The legislature pass laws and
president ensure that laws are enforced.
 The president is considered to both head of
the government and state.

Each elector casts one vote following the general election. The candidate who gets 270 votes or more wins. OKAY.
 Aweis: In U.K. people voting to live and that’s the job of the government, I believe that’s true democracy friend. The government
has been performing great with the most effective Parliamentary system of government.
 Michael: Well, Presidential system is followed in USA, where the President of the country is elected by the popular vote. Within
this system all the 3 branches i.,e legislative, executive and judiciary are constitutionally independent on each other.
