INTRODUCTION
Social care services are the most important and necessary services in health care industry.
It is the great context of leaders which gives positive impact on the behaviour of service users. It
is very necessary for service providers to take care of service users in the best possible manner.
This report is based on understanding health and social care services and the, it will also explain
responsibilities of different professionals to adhere to positive practises. The concept of
compassion and ways in which practitioners provides effective services are also explained in this
report. It is the important aspects of the services which helps to gain the effective services and
good wealth services to the effective training goals. It is the another way of taking good things in
terms of new goals and planning.

Health care is an important goal of the NHS but its is the big concern for them that
vulnerable groups in the population have poorer access than others. It founds that there are many
factors which influenced vulnerable groups through which people get disadvantage when they
seek services(Understanding issues, 2000). it is widely seen that vulnerable group of people
having black and minoprity ethinc background through which company get negative affects rom
the socity.Vulnerable group are mostly covered from uncertain risk and factors, they effect
poverty, disease, lack of proper environment. Various social care and health care centres are
provide facilities to those groups in order to take care of the poorer individuals in order to take
care of them. There are various factors which influence access to health care for vulnerable
groups in terms of getting low services from the issues. Such problems arise due to obesity and
smoking. On that basis they judged unsuitable for some forms of care. The main aim of the
social care services or NHS is to give quality services to the people who are in need. Vulnerable
groups or people does not have adequate safeguards or are at risk (Understanding issues, 2000).
This is the effective proper needs to make good things which needs to be done properly or
effective. Besides, rich people take advantage for their money on that basis they take rights of
vulnerable group. This makes people vulnerable in social health care services. It makes
challenging and proper interns of good things. Due to lack of enough funds they make vulnerable
groups. Another main terms is to get the best effective process of working (Understanding issues,
2000). On the other hand, there are some situations and circumstances in which individuals or

groups comes under the risk such as less able to avoid them, social health services sometimes
avoid people due to which their risk factor has been increasing more rapidly. On the basis of
which social care services needs to take step in terms of fulfilling the needs of effective sources
in terms of providing good source. Due to unhygienic environment and improper food people
becomes vulnerable which covers from risk factor. This makes people weak and uncertain.
Besides this, social care sector has responsibility to take effective step in terms of providing good
health services to the people according to their needs (Beaumont and et.al., 2016.). It makes
people strong and effective. Service providers’ should be cautious about health and safety of
individuals. It makes people effective and impressive in terms to maintained the good healthy
environment. There are also need to adopt good techniques and terms to take care of people who
are not able to find out the ways for maintaining health. Social vulnerability refers to the
inability. Vulnerable people also feel alienated and umcomfortable with the way health care
services are provided and organised(Mills, Wand and Fraser, 2015). Vulnerable people are not
capable enough to reduce their risk due to lack of ineffective process. It is the ineffective and
necessary task in order to meet the objectives. The main purpose of NHS is to give effective
medical services to the people to make the target effective and process. Along with that, it were
also makes sure that effective health care environment may reduce the vulnerability among
individual (Borgstrom and Walter, 2015). Besides, on the other hand this environment gives
negative impact on the behaviour of people. It gives new challenges and ineffective process of
working. Vulnerable people are the people who doesn't afford their medical expenses in order to
grab the health care services. Which helps to organiser effective working process in order to
make the health and wealth economy. Besides, some health care organisation cannot properly
look upon their issues due to which they get less response from health care organisation.

services. They benefit from a range of screening and vaccination. In order to take care the health
of people parents are the foremost guardian for the children which makes good changes in the

Older people needs a special care in order to grow health services. Professional also need
to taker care of older people which is very necessary for them.

In order to perform the duties and responsibilities, it is necessary to adhere with the
objectives and duties together in terms of effective process of working (Beaumont and et.al.,

become corrupt and disguise their patient. Due to this negative effect vulnerable people or group
comes under uncertain situations. It gives negative impact on the overall social care services.
Besides this, Nurses are the another professions of social care services. Their responsibility is to
take care of about regular medicines, regular check-up of the patient. They also take care of
individual's normal health check-up. In order to ensure overall health they stay in touch with
service users (Borgstrom and Walter, 2015). They should be well educated in their field along
with respective skill and knowledge. It is very difficult to identify the demonstrates poorer access
to health care for poorer people. One of the reason may be health care services may not be
enough for vulnerable people. Through which they have been increasing in rapid growth. There
is the need of health care services for the people who really needed.
Ethical Environment
Ethical environment gives new effective approaches in terms to perform the task. It gives
new effective environment to perform the specific work (Nixon and et.al., 2016). Health care
services must have to adopt ethical environment in the firm or organizations. (McSherry and

et.al., 2017). Negative and unethical environment leads to service users' dissatisfaction in terms
of behaving less effective cost. Nurses, care workers, doctors, chemist, etc. have to adopt proper
ethical code of practice to become efficient professionals. Along with that also very necessary
for service providers to keep the health safe and secure from uncertainties. Professional in health
care organisation responsible for their duties in terms of giving the best health care services.
Professionals have nor rights to adopt inequality among individuals on the basis of status. They
need to treat everyone same and give equal treatments to everyone. Due to having less education
and low income more vulnerability ration is increasing.
