This report is a competency demonstration report detailing an electrical engineer's career episode 2. The project involved the inspection, testing, commissioning, and charging of 33KV GIS panels at a Cairn Energy India Ltd site in Barmer, Rajasthan, India. The engineer, working for ASMACS PVT Ltd, was responsible for various tasks, including site visits, design issue prediction and rectification, system modifications, punch point evaluation, functional checking, relay logic design, fault analysis, equipment testing, checklist creation, and troubleshooting.
