I have successfully gathered my Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from
the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University for a period of four years. During the course
of my education for the bachelor’s degree, I have gathered sufficient knowledge to carry out
all the projects that I have undertaken. I have gathered the knowledge to have undertaken
three projects during my career that are Designing of a Key Controlled Forklift, Designing of
a manually operated Eco-friendly Road and Floor Dust Cleaning Machine and Developing of
an Automatic Automobile Brake Failure Indicator with Buzzer. In addition to this, I have
been a part of various organizations and I have worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer in A
STAR Testing and Inspection SDN (BHD) and Dynamic Tools Pvt Ltd. During the course of
my work, I have gathered enough knowledge relating to the field of mechanical engineering
to manage a team and undertaken a project to successfully complete it within time.

Work Experience
Production Operator – AME Systems
20th January 2020 to Till Date
 Performs basic adjustments on various machines
 Complete final paperwork and ensure content is accurate per Standard Operating
Procedures (SOP).
 Prepare paperwork for skid tickets, line checks, and quality checks
 Monitors production and adjusts work assignments, supply of material, and machine
operation when necessary
 Assist in coordinating manufacturing priorities and achieve goals on a daily basis
 Review Statistical Process Control charts for process quality and report to engineering
or maintenance any out of control charts
 Conducting regular inspections of machinery and fixing issues in a timely manner to
ensure that they run smoothly, avoiding unnecessary delays
 Receives and reads work order
 Calculates the number of blocks required for work order
 Communicate number of blocks required for work order to material handler
 Adjusts cutting wires to correct dimensions using hand tools
 Lock out energy source and then remove the lock out device when job is completed
 Starts cutting machine and adjusts the line speed
 Positions block on slabber and feeds block into cutting machine, cutting foam
according to correct dimensions and square-ness per work order
 Continuously observes and examines cutting machine in operation to ensure
conformance to customers’ specifications
 Stacks, sorts, and bundles cut material according to bill of lading instructions
 Records data concerning amount and type of block used from duties performed
