From the complete analysis, I got to evaluate that I have
certain strengths which includes my enhanced self
awareness quality as I am highly able to accurately able to
self assess myself with effective conflict management and
management abilities. However, I faced some of the logical

with the improvement in my skills, I will be able to grab

Independent Thinking
Demonstrates an ability to make sense of things

generally confident in their abilities and accept

One of the experiences i.e. my tutor had given me a
challenge to conduct group discussion activity within our
class in which the topics were decided by me only. During
that particular point of time, I managed to conduct the
activity in appropriate way and share various topics for
debate in most effectual manner. The whole activity
enhanced my independent thinking ability as it enhances
my confidence level and ways to search for solutions of any
problems.
Confidence to Express Oneself

of one’s comfort zone to communicate feelings,
needs, interests to another (verbal, face-to-

Once my tutor surprisingly shares announce my name in
debate competition although he was aware that I have
certain fears within me and public speaking is also one of
them. But during that point of time I managed to express
my views on specific topic in front of others in most
appropriate manner and that activity enhanced my
confidence level of expressing myself and my point of views
in front of everybody.

When I was in my learning sessions, I got to know about my
leadership qualities when my teacher gave me a task in
order to lead a team of 10 students in which we are in total

days, my tutor told me to submit my project within just 45
days, I got stressed. But somehow I managed to complete
my task within 45 days and submit my project to my tutor.
That day I realised that although it was tough for my
mental state of mind but with my ability to handle the
situation with my presence of mind, I was able to clear the
whole situation in most appropriate way.
Knowledge Application

Business awareness is also one of the most important skill
that are beneficial for an individual while doing their tasks
and preparing for building their career. My tutor helped me
a lot in order to increase my level of understanding about
generating business awareness within me that are related
to the all aspects which will help me in my future career
enhancement.
