Discussion
as per my competency in the self and other awareness and I have scored good marks and
most of the areas in myself are good like, I am aware of the leadership, having a level of
emotional intelligence etc. bu6t some of the areas need improvement where I have
scored less like management style and careers relations etc.

This make me feel that, I am good at the self and other awareness and I have build this
competency by myself.

there is no bad experience for me and instead overall good experience for me in the

Independent Thinking

In the competency of independent thinking, I have scored good. As er my observation
and based on the score I am good at reading and interpreting the information effectively
and it is because I pay attention in the details. And I am able to describe myself that I am
creating in my work and I always accept my peroneal limitations.

In this competency I have get decent score of 32 and some of the area where I need to
push myself is that I am not concerned about what other people think of me. I need to
understand and observe that what people thing of myself, so I can identify what is my
image in the others mind. I need to make my image good in the other mind so they can
think positively for my self and trust me. Thinking and image in the other kind can be
improved if we focus. we help them in the work or helpful for them in their difficult
times.

In the leadership competency, i have scored goo in this area, leadership is helpful for us
in the carrier development, it will help me to lead the other people effectively and it will
help me to do task effectively and I have thing skill because I used to respond
positively to the challenges in my life. I am reliable and not dependable on the others.

Resilience and Mental Toughness

In the resilience and the mental toughness competenc7y, I have scored good but in an
one area where I need improvement is I need to take failure as the feedback, it is
necessary for me to carrier development because it will help me to know area where I am
weak and with competency help of feedback I can improve that area and develop the
competency of they resilience and the mental toughness better and come up more stronger
next time.
Knowledge Application

In the knowledge and application competency, I have scored around 46 which is an
decent score and there are some areas where I need the improvement are I need to be
satisfied with my academic performance and this can be improved through feedback, I
need to learn how to analyse the business and for that I need to gain knowledge about
tools and techniques of the business. I also need to learn a good business report that can
be improved through making the proper format of the report. This all improvement in
myself will create opportunities for me in increase my knowledge and I will able to
improve my competency.

scored bellow the average in all the areas. firstly of all I do not have experience of

need to learn how internal and external factors affect the business so I have make new
strategies so company can overcome from the problem.
