of the wealthiest business man in the world (McCurdy, 2019 ). Competing Values Framework can
be characterized as an useful and effective tool so as to assess and analyse the various perspectives
and phenomena utilised by individuals and business organisation in order enhance the scope for
their operation in the market environment. This framework involves theories that contribute in
enhancement of efficiency and effectiveness within the organisation. It focus on the culture and
design of the business organisations, leadership and competencies associated with the same,
organisational life cycle, finance related strategies etc.

decision in market and ensure optimum utilisation of the respective organisational resources. The
