In recant time it is very crucial for the business to be innovative and creative it is because it
helps them to perform and gain more market as compared to other firm (Kafetzopoulos and
Skalkos, 2018). Innovation management audit is the technique which is used by the company to
understand how effective and efficient they are in managing the innovation that takes place in the
company (Martínez-Costa and et. al, 2018).
