very long time which has made the company experienced in the industry. This is a great strength as it can provide expert answers and solution to
problem arising in the industry. The company also has an efficient research team that has been part of the company in the long term. The
research team is considered as an asset and therefore it strength to the company.
The Australian boat building company is in a stage of diminishing for the weaknesses. The company’s usage of traditional technology is one of
the main weakness. The marketing team of the company is has also proved inefficient which fails to attract customers. Moreover, the production
is the main reason as the customer preference is more of modern boats and not the old model boats that are produced by the Tudor.
