INTRODUCTION
Spreadsheet is considered as an interactive computer application for business entity,
storage and analysis of data in tabular format. Generally, it is developed as computerized
simulation of different paper of accounting worksheets. It is framed for holding numerical data
and short text strings. It helps in offering capability to label and structure data items as
appropriate database along with inability for querying database. In the present scenario, it is
simpler program as compared to particular database program. The present report will develop
and application of complex spreadsheet on basis of jS Spices owned through Mr. John Smith
which sells drinks and meals as well. It will be showing three spreadsheets which are required
through business with its purpose. This report will reflect 3 suitable communication method to
communicate in effective aspect with relevant personnel. Further, it will show different
spreadsheets of customer, supplier and employees as well.
1. Identifying three spreadsheets
1st spreadsheet: Supplier
The main objective of supplier spreadsheet is to obtain information about various supply
related to food ingredients, stationary and drinks. In case, they face any issue related to supply so
then can contact via number, email and address as well.
2nd spreadsheet: Staffing
This spreadsheet helps in keeping record on basis of staff details with their unique ID,
position and hours which they have devoted to work with their pay rate on per hour. It helps in
avoiding discrepancies (Duarte, Laguna and Martí, 2018).
3rd spreadsheet: Customer
This spreadsheet is replicated as very important database for business perspective. It
consists of details about customer, contact no., address and with weekly purchase quantity.
2. Providing communication method to communicate with relevant personnel
Effective communication in workplace is mandatory for being a successful organization.
It helps in substituting misunderstandings and to encourage healthy along with peaceful
environment. The methods for creating communication are:
 Emails: It helps in enabling to pass messages to team members with absence of pulling in
their workstations.

 Feedbacks: This is replicated as very effective method for communicating with its
consumers, employees or related personnel in efficient manner. The effectiveness of
communication style could be measured and privilege will be afforded for getting
information about message in easier aspect.
 Open meetings: It is considered as easiest method to communicate passion and feeling
through open meetings.
 Creation of receptive atmosphere: It ignores tensed environment at each cost due to
communication in over intense manner (Saiewitz and Kida, 2018.).
