In the particular assignment, we are taking the organization let us say XYZ limited in which the
company and the employees of the company agree to maintain the unity towards their company by
keeping their details like a secret. The development of product and all the work is being done by the
employees under the name of the employer due to which the employer has all the rights to the
products as well as on the work. If an employee is sharing their confidential details with anyone
outside or if there is any unauthorized access to their company data or misleading anything is not
acceptable by the company otherwise these act will be handled with the help of law in a legal way.
They have also said there will be equity in their organization by following the same employment laws
for every employee. Moreover, it will take care of their employees and its stakeholders from any of
the illegal act from the external internment. ( Lomer, D.,2013)
Purpose
The main purpose of this policy is to keep their details confidential that will be only between the
employees, employer and between the clients. This purpose of the policy indicates the kind of
behavior which is being needed by their employees for building the trust level between them and this
all will serve the better guide to their business and have the surety of their organization to be ethically
conducted.
Scope
The scope of this policy is to cover all the ethical aspect of the company, and the company needs to
disclose all the information that is confidential only to the authorized individual.
They were also focusing on the effectiveness and on the efficiency of their delivery of products to
their clients or customers in the regulation of the law and the rules that are being made under the
system of law.

environment. They also need to maintain the privacy of the other stakeholders and promoting the fair

The practice of ethics is to be maintained: every organization wants to practice the policies of
ethics within their organization for maintaining the coordination and for the welfare of their
employees and moreover for the fair treatment and for maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of
the organization.
In short, they need to create the more productive in their work and to be in an environment that is free
from disagreements.
Customer’s responsibilities: The company needs to proceed with a relation of trust with all the
clients and employees. The organization usually expects that customers should be satisfied with their
services, so in this case, the project manager has to manage all the needs of their stakeholders and
work by it to provide them as per their needs and wants.
Moreover, a company has also organized the forms of feedback in either oral or written form to be
filled by the customers so that they can get to know the perspective of them towards their company.
The practice of keeping their details confidential: they need to maintain the organization in the way
to keep their record and the important details to be confidential within their stakeholders. The reports
that need to be confidential includes basically the plans of the project, software architecture, diagram
designing, or can be a road map, data of the customers or suppliers and could be any kind of internal
data which is only needed to be within the organization. These information needs to be shared with
only the individual who is authorized by the organization.

The organization needs to force all the stakeholders, partners or any other person who is connected
with the organization need to follow the above-mentioned policies or procedures to be followed at any
cost without any excuses or something. They need to observe every individual related to this
particular organization. Moreover, they can get to know of the policies are not being followed by
various aspects such as feedback reports, internal and external audits or case be detected by using the
video cameras. No exception should be provided to the policies or procedures above mentioned.
