much of contribution, five employees do not work up to it and think that it is a wastage of time.
So, Evie must ensure the fact of punishing them, may be in a small or a longer way. She may
cut the increments amount of all these five employees just to remember them all that if the
company has decided a specific idea or methodology, it might have contributed much amount
of time and hard work. So, it is the responsibility of every employee to strictly follow it. Also,
she may also can suspend all those five employees for a particular time for realising them that if
they are working in that company, they have to follow the rules because when the company is
taking care of the employees, it is the responsibility of the employees as well to follow all the
policies and procedures honestly. It is important because it helps in maintaining a happier and
