INTRODUCTION
Career action plan refers to those plan which is created by their individual to evaluate the goals
and objectives of their career. It helps the students to grab different types of opportunities present
in the market on the basis of effective career action plan. it is very important for the student that
they update their career action document on regular basis so that the objectives of dynamic in the

developed effective skills in my personality which helps me to becomes effective accounting
managers in any organisation of the world. It is important for me that I have proper knowledge of

of projects and tasks are present in the organisation which can only be achieved if I developed
the following skills in my personality. It is clear for me that the accounting managers has to be
these skills to perform these function without any problem in the organisation. The need of
developing effective accounting skills are very important for me because it helps me to record
each financial transaction of the company in effective manner. The skills of accounting require
proper knowledge of the accounting principles and procedures and the practical application of
these procedures is the most important aspect of this skills development process. Accounting
skills helps me to becomes effective mangers because it enables me to attract different types of
clients towards me. It is also important for me that I have strong communication skills in my
personality. The effective communication skills enable me to interact different types of
employees and also enables me to develop effective and healthy relations with different types if
clients and employer in the market.
