As the environment of his or her house is natural and hence they struggle in two different zone
and they do not have any person to talk and express their feelings. In these cases, the university
should be aware and should provide consultant who can be able to make conversation in or out

2019 The laboratory including other investigations plays a significant role is determined to
exclude possible underlying causes and reasons of obesity and its associated complications
(Smith and Klein, 2019). As the biochemical profile which is bone, renal an liver and whole
body count are significant baselines. The Fasting plasma glucose and the profile of lipids should
be accomplished in order to exclude diabetes as well as dyslipidaemia and majorly serum free
thyroxine and thyroid originating hormones helps to exclude hypothroidism. (Smith and Klein,
2019) The obese patients should opt electrocardiogram in the review of high velocity in order to
exclude the factors of hypertension as well as cardio-vascular diseases which is associated with
the obesity disease. (Smith and Klein, 2019) As the further investigations takes place which
directly depend on the degree of clinical suspicion of inhibit such as Cushing's disease or the pre-
existence of pathology for example polycystic ovary syndrome etc. (Wolfenden and Dietz,
2019). Therefore, the measurement of plasma liptin are not generally in routine of daily check-
ups but may be helpful in detection of liptin deficiency.
