This assignment provides a comprehensive summary of ten project management portfolios. The first portfolio focuses on project management fundamentals and effective operations, drawing from Kerzner Chapter 1 and Eglestaff (2013). Subsequent portfolios explore the history of project management (Kerzner Chapters 2 and 21), project management professionalism (Kerzner Chapter 4, PMI Code of Ethics), legislations, standards, and frameworks (Kerzner Chapter 9, PMI), and project management domains (Kerzner Chapters 1.14-1.16 and 3, PMI). Further portfolios address responsibilities and governance (Kerzner Chapters 1.8-1.10 and 10, PMI), life cycle and methodologies (Kerzner Chapter 11, PMI), project outcomes and outputs (Kerzner Chapters 11.9-11.14 and 11.22-11.29, PMI), continuous improvement (Kerzner Chapters 20 and 21, PMI), and change management. Summary of the Portfolios
The first portfolio was primarily focused on the concept of the project management and its
definition of being used in the implication of the effective and improved operations for the
development of the estimated outcome from the project. The portfolio was developed from the
study of Kerzner chapter 1 and Critical thinking and writing critically by Eglestaff (2013).
The second portfolio was on the history of the project management and its implication for the
analysis of the improved processing and development. The growth of project management during
the passage of time is implied for developing the improvement of operations in the project and
the study was carried on by studying Kerzner Chapter 2, & 21 and Frontinus--A Project Manager

The third portfolio was dedicated for analysing the project management professionalism and its
various prospects. The module has been formed for studying the chapter 4 by Kerzner and PMI
Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct for developing the analysis of the improved project
management scenario for the implication of the improved project operations.
The fourth portfolio was formed for the analysis of the various legislations, standards, and
frameworks for implying the development of the successive development theories. The
implication of the study materials provided by Kerzner chapter 9 and PMI Implementing
Organizational PM Preface & Chapter 1.
The fifth portfolio was dedicated to the study of the domains of project management and the
module for the development of the improved system development and analysis. The study
materials of Kerzner Chapter 1.14-1.16, & 3 and PMI Implementing Organizational PM Chapter

2 would provide a brief overview of the developing factor for the integration of the improved
functional analysis and development.
In the sixth portfolio, the topic of study was responsibilities and governance in the project
operations. The study would provide a deep analysis of the development factor for the
integration of the functions of project management with the help of studying Kerzner Chapter
1.8-1.10, & 10 & 11.25 and PMI Implementing Organizational PM Chapter 3.
The seventh portfolio’s study was on the topic of life cycle and methodologies for the project
management. The project management holds an integral part for the implication of the project
plan as per the SDLC cycle as mentioned in Kerzner Chapter 11.0-11.8 and PMI Implementing
Organizational PM Chapter 4.
In the eight portfolio, the project outcomes and outputs were critically evaluated for forming the
difference between the analysis of the improved processing and development of the project
operations from the study of Kerzner Chapter 11.9-11.14, 11.22-11.29 and PMI Implementing
Organizational PM Chapter 5.
The ninth portfolio was dedicated for studying the continuous improvement plan and its
implication for the development of the improved operations. The study of Kerzner Chapter 20.0-
20.8, & 21.0-21.4 and PMI Implementing Organizational PM PM Appendices X2 & X3 would
be helpful for developing the improved system analysis and development.
The tenth portfolio is used for studying the management of the change and change implication.
