INTRODUCTION
The world was very disrupted with the happening of COVID- 19 which has lead to
bought compulsory vaccination. The main of bringing the compulsory vaccination is to make the
people safe from the sickness and this helps to reduce the risk of disease in the market. The
current report will outline the individual's rights, entitlements and obligations in the diverse
society. Further this report will outline the various ethical approaches related to compulsory
vaccination. This will also put focus on professional principles affecting decision-making and
utilizing the reflexive approach in order to develop the one's own values and moral compass.
This will also outline that how this will have influence the future professional practice.

Ethical principles and professional code of conduct
Compulsory vaccination: The term defines that this is one of the most important thing
that the person must do in order to live safely. The government and institutions has created the
policies related to the vaccination for the people. The main of bringing this vaccination is to
make the people safe from affecting by the chronic disease and reduces the risk of disease as
well. It is estimated by some epidemiologists that the 70% of the people over the globe has need
to be got vaccinated that helps the people to be safe from COVID-19 (Reid and et.al., 2018). As
many of the people suffered death by the happening of the COVID, which causes the crucial
situation in the market across the globe. The population of the world must be got vaccinated as
this helps them to get safe from the happening of the disease which can also suffer death as well.
This is the most common and important vaccination in the recent times as COVID-19 has
affected the people and have affected their living as well.
According to the views of Dunham, Rieder and Humbyrd, (2020) says that, vaccination is
one of the important and public health achievements that helps the people to live free from the
risk of happening of disease. Thus, the dilemma is this the by getting the vaccination people will
be safe from the particular happening of disease. This used to have effect on the moral and
ethical dilemma and used to have great effect the people. For example, by getting the vaccination
of the COVID-19 people was also getting suffering as this shows that the vaccination provided is
not proper. This used to cause and have great impact on the ethical and moral dilemma. The
individual's in the market has right in order to get vaccinated as this will help them to be safe
from the risk of diseases in the market.

As the children are getting vaccinated by getting born as this shows that the vaccination
is the most important for the individuals right. The social and health care institutions helps the
people to get the proper vaccination of the children which does not have effect on their body.
The ethical principles related to the public health and providing them vaccination is most
important. The health care institutions must focus on the vaccination that helps the people to
have safety where they are living. By having the proper health they will be able to having better
working life that helps them to have good standard of living. There is necessity of the
vaccination as this makes the people to have safety in the market. This ethical principle shows
that the public health institutions must provide the proper facilities to the people. This makes the
people to live from the disease and have healthy life.
On the other hand Jansen and et.al., (2020) it commented that the ethical principle must
be based on the sufficiency in the market. This includes the principle of autonomy which refers
that the decisions must be made by the government only. As the government was only making
the people to know about the vaccination as per the decisions made by them. By having the
proper availability of the vaccine the health care must provide the vaccination to the people
which helps them to have safe living. As there was insufficient vaccination of COVID-19 in the
market which has affected the people a lot. As in the first slot the vaccination has come for the
people of more than 35 to 40. This shows that the adults and children has to wait in order to get
vaccinated and kept themselves safe from the chronic disease. It was the very bad situation in the
market which has affected the life of many people and some cause death as well. As there are
many types of compulsory vaccination for the children that must be provided to them that keep
them safe from the different diseases.
Menon and Padhy (2020), Suggests that the ethical principle of the compulsory
vaccination is that everyone must get the vaccination at proper time. This includes the justice
ethical principle, as everyone has right to get vaccinated at the proper time. This was the big
ethical and moral dilemma in the market which used to affect the life of the people. As this states
that the vaccination must be provided to everyone that helps them to get out from the risks and
helps them to live the better life. As the government was also affected from the pandemic so this
was the rule in order to get vaccination that the people have to be followed in order to come out
from the risk of disease. But with the proper management the different age groups are getting
vaccinated which used to get proper vaccination of the people across the globe.

Further Banks and Brydon-Miller, (2018) contradicts that the health care sector must
follow the principle of non- maleficence, this means no harm to anyone. This shows that the
heath care sector must provide the proper facilities to each of their patients and also provide the
compulsory vaccination to them. This helps the people to know about the code of conduct of that
particular heath care institution. For example, discharging of the patients when they are in the
critical situation by suffering from the coronavirus. This is the unethical practice followed, the
health care sectors must follow the ethical principles that helps them to have proper working in
the market.
The code of conduct related to health and vaccination that every one in the globe must be
got vaccinated. The people in the market must follow the rules and regulations related to the
compulsory vaccination. As everyone will be vaccinated by the doctors in order to decrease the
risk of disease in the market. For example, XYZ health care institution, London was providing
the COVID-19 vaccination by charging the amount of money from the people. As this was
somehow illegal as the government was providing the free facility of the vaccines at the
government hospitals. The private hospitals were taking charge of giving the same vaccination to
the people. This was the work done beyond the professional code of conduct. This shows that the
people were taking extra amount in order to make them vaccinated (Haahr and et.al., 2020). The
pandemic vaccination was the most recent and compulsory vaccination for the people that they
must get in order to kept safe from the effect of disease. There are some other disease as well for
which the vaccination can be done on time that includes the chicken pox, polio, etc. The children
of age group of 4 to 6 years must be got vaccinated by this disease vaccination. This helps them
to be safe from affecting from the disease. As the school must also take the certificate of the
vaccination that helps them to get the children vaccinated on time. This is the most crucial and
important thing that must be done on the proper time else this will affect the life of the person
(Reddy and et.al., 2020). The professionals must have the health campaign that used to provide
free vaccination to the children and adults as well in order to live safely without getting affected
from the disease.
But it is also seen that by getting the vaccination for the required disease the people are
also getting affected from the same disease. This shows that they are not provided with the
proper vaccine and they are affecting as well (Morley and et.al., 2020). As this is beyond the
code of conduct of the health care, as people are so trusted with them and some institutions are

not following the rules and regulations. There are basically five principles that used to have
influence on the decision-making in the health and social care. This includes the autonomy,
justice, non- maleficence and fidelity. These principles helps the professionals to explore the
dilemma that helps to have the better understanding in order to solve the conflicts.
Reflection on won values and understanding of the ethical dilemma
There are so many vaccines in the market related to the various types of diseases. But the
implementation of the COVID-19 vaccination was the big achievement in the health sector. As
this is one of the most affecting disease that has close down the market and mostly affected the
every people in the market. When I used to take the vaccination of COVID-19 I have seen that
some people were giving the charge of getting vaccinated. This shows that the professional of the
health care institution was not working with the codes and conduct. The professionals at the
health acre sector was not following the ethical principles. This used to show that they were not
working for the welfare of the society. This was the big ethical dilemma in order to provide the
compulsory vaccination to the people in the market. I have gone to the ABC hospital, in London
where the campaigns were made in order to provide the vaccination to the people. But there was
the place where without done the prior booking the people were getting vaccinated by taking the
big amount from them. This was the unethical thing done by the hospital as the people in the
London was waiting in order to have booking and to get the slot time to get the COVID-19
vaccination (Watson and et.al., 2020). This was the unethical principle and practice followed by
the service sector which has impacted the values. By the happening of this it was able to
understand the ethical dilemma related to the vaccination at the health care sectors. As it was
shown in the market that there is lack of the vaccination of COVID-19 and that is the cause due
to which the vaccination is provided with the different age groups. This shows that the people
were earning at the time of providing vaccination which used to cause the ethical and moral
dilemma.
I was very shocked by this as this was beyond the ethical principles and values and also
influence the people in the market. The ethical dilemma was that the providing the vaccination is
good as this helps the people to get safe from the disease. But the wrong doing was that the
professional were providing the vaccinations to some people in the illegal manner (Newnham
and Kirkham, 2019). This has affected the people in the market who were waiting for so long in
order to get vaccination. As this was the most important vaccination to be given to the people in

the market as this helps them to keep safe from the risk of the disease. As this used to have great
influence on my future professional practice. The doctors must understand the need of the
compulsory vaccination to every people across the globe.
CONCLUSION
From the above it is concluded about the individual's rights, entitlements and obligations
within the diverse society. Further this report has evaluated about the various ethical approaches
related to compulsory vaccination. Moreover, this report has described about the professional
principles affecting decision-making. At last the above report has evaluated about the reflective
approach in order to develop the one's own values and moral compass and its influence on the
future professional practice.
